Ein Zuhause mit Ambiente und Charme. Wir waren für 10 Tage Gast im Palazzo Arhontiko. Wir wurden von Popi sehr herzlich empfangen. Unser Apartment übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Es lag zur Strandseite und dem quirligen Treiben. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es sehr ruhig und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Zimmerreinigung war tadellos. Bei Fragen und Wünschen war Popi stets sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt im Palazzo. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Ein Haus mit Seele.

Im Vergleich habe ich bisher keinen Aufenthalt in Griechenland so genossen wie den im Palazzo Arhontiko voller Charme und besonderer Note. Matratze gut, Frühstück bestens bis hin zum perfekt weich oder hart wunschgemäß gekochtem Ei und homemade Konfitüre und auch sonst an Auswahl und Qualität, die keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Eine immer hilfsbereite Popi hat sich sogar um einen Termin für mich bei Friseur Marios gekümmert ( Haarschnitt besser geworden als zuhause). Wiederkommen ins Palazzo : immer wieder gern. Die Vorfreude ist jetzt schon groß. Yolande ist auch für den ausgezeichneten room- service zu loben.

Stayed 3 nights in September Location was good, short walk to harbour, downtown; balcony overlooking the small beach, the road in front was the main route for tour buses to the parking lot by the harbour, so quite busy and noisy and a chorus of horns if anyone got in their way. The apartment was huge – separate bedroom, large sitting area with dining room and basic kitchen, good size balcony looking on to the beach. Everything very dark and well worn, questionable whether furniture was antique or just old. Floor tiles cracked and broken – we had to cover one area with a towel to prevent tripping over broken tiles. Kitchen had all the equipment but all ancient and not very appealing. For such a large apartment the bathroom was tiny – the tiles in the shower stained, the caulking black with mildew and no storage whatsoever. We never did encounter a staff person although they were quick to respond via text; we asked for a shower curtain and it appeared the next day. We were expecting something more luxurious for a short stay; this is better suited for a longer stay beach holiday.

Situated directly on the beach just on the edge of the town. Handy to sunbathe and swim and loads of great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment itself was Cretan in style, dark wood and beautiful tiles with more modern communal areas. Popi on hand most mornings for tips and advice also does breakfasts at an extra cost. All in all a great fortnight.

Apparthôtel de charme avec une excellente situation à la fois centrale et en bord de mer à Agios Nikolaos. Belle vue sur mer de notre appartement avec terrasse. Animation, belles terrasses de restos et bars sur le bord de mer et la petite plage juste en face. Accueil très sympa et beaucoup d'informations utiles dès l'arrivée. Appartement bien équipé. Très facile de visiter Agios Nikolaos à pied. Excursions proposées en train touristique et en bateau dans les environs.
