Η διαμονή μας αρχισε με μια προσπάθεια να μας βάλουν να μείνουμε σε δωμάτιο standard part sea view ενώ είχαμε κλείσει superior sea view Η υπάλληλος προσπάθησε να μας πείσει ότι όλα τα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου βλέπουν και πισίνα και θαλασσα δηλ να μας κοροϊδέψει Όταν αρνηθήκαμε να μείνουμε εκεί και ύστερα από μισή ώρα μας έβαλαν σε delux sea view δηλαδή μας έκαναν υποτίθεται αναβάθμιση σε μεγαλύτερο και ακριβότερο δωμάτιο που όμως βλέπει τη θαλασσα από πολύ πιο μακριά από αυτό που κλείσαμε
Άλλο πρόβλημα το πάρκινγκ Έχει μόνο 6-7 θέσεις για όλα τα δωμάτια Αλλοιώς στο δρόμο αν βρεις Ακούγεται θόρυβος από τα διερχόμενα αυτοκίνητα όλη τη νύχτα Πετσέτες θαλασσης δίνονται μόνο 10 -17 Εμείς ξεκινούσαμε νωρίς και γυρνούσαμε αργά όποτε έπρεπε να κάνουμε ολόκληρη ιστορία και διαπραγμάτευση για να παίρνουμε καθαρές κάθε μέρα Πρωινό μέτριο Γενικά δεν μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι

Vi bestilte rom med havutsikt og fikk utsikt over en parkeringsplass til et utested som spilte høy musikk til langt utpå natt.Det var ikke lett å få plass nær basseng på øvre plan da folk sto opp grytidlig for å legge håndklær på solsengene.Samme gjaldt Strand og hovedbassenget.Grei frokost.

Arrived in may 2023 Taken to our room it was nothing like the rooms advertised The room was old and very dated We asked for a room change to be shown the same type of rooms When I then asked where are the rooms we thought we booked we were told across the rd We were then shown the room we thought we had paid for We were then told to move there we would have to pay an extra £500 So they were advertising the nice side and no mention of the old side We cut our losses and few home less than 22 hours on the island Never got anywhere with on the beach either So lost all of our money we paid Few weeks later went to turkey and got what we booked

We were at the "Old" side and have a tiny room with balcony. The lock of the balcony door was broken, but it would be waste of time to say about it: sure some others have done it before but nothing happened. Last days of season, so they have to change whole lock... But anyway it was second floor and we didnt left any property at the room, so we let it be. And still it safe in Greece. Hotel pool was not so clean and sunbeds were also dirty, we had our own big towels so it was okey. Beach area was clean and sunbeds quite good, but it cost 10 e a day, then you got 2 water bottle, fresh towel (2 day of 7) and some fruits if you were just on time.There should be a sign for other people that its 16+ and only hotel customers: outside people just come there and let children run and play beside hotell guests, not funny at all. Breakfast was very good and plenty of different kind of food to take. Staff were so tired and they started to say goid morning when we were saying, try to learn them to smile also, but only one could do that (the female). Reception persons were helpfull. Food at the pool bar/restaurant was okey, but one time have a hair in club sandwich. We have been now twice but not third time.

We stayed for 7 nights from 4th of October in this beautiful hotel. It is welcoming, clean and well located. The rooms had huge amounts of very clever storage. Breakfast was delicious and not too busy or rushed. Staff were always cheerful and helpful. We stayed in room 658 in the new annexe, overlooking one of the pools. The area is safe and there are some lovely tavernas up the hill by the side of the petrol station. We walked to the War Museum in Platanias and took a bus to the German Cemetry in Maleme, both were really interesting. Unusually for us, we have booked to go again next October and are already counting the days!

Me and my husband have just arrived home from a 7 night stay at Atlantica Amalthia. On arrival at 1am, we were shown to our room, where we had 2 bottles of water waiting in the fridge for us. We opted for a garden view room which was private, clean and comfortable, but it also dated and in need of some modernisation. We also found that the bathroom floor flooded whenever we showered. For these reasons, I have given a rating of 4/5. However, the positives outweighed the negatives. Firstly, staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool areas were very nice and the sunbeds were incredibly comfy. We were glad that we had the option of 3 pools and the beach! Breakfast was really good, even for picky eaters! There were a selection of pastries (savoury and sweet), meats (cold and cooked), cheeses, eggs, bread, fruit, cereals and yogurts. Oh and Prosecco with breakfast on Sundays! Finally, our flight home wasn’t until midnight so we enquired at reception about a late check out. We were informed that this was possible but we would have to move rooms. So at 11am on our final day, we checked out and moved to another room straight away, no waiting around. This cost €70 and our checkout was at 7pm. This made our last day a lot more enjoyable and comfortable, especially for me as I struggle with some health problems. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday and would stay here again!
