Very comfortable and warm room with the essentials. But the breakfast time is very late. We could not have breakfast in the hotel for two days as they were not ready on time as promised by them. Only on the checkout day we had the breakfast. Breakfast was good. Issue with hot water. They said 24/7 hot water available but we had to call them in the morning so that we get hot water. The hotel management should look into this matter. Food was tasty and portion of food also sufficient for two people.

Overall, the hotel has very good ambience. Room and bathroom is good. Quite convenient place. On the negative side, choice of b/f is limited for veg items. More importantly, staff at the restaurant have some kind of attitude. They do not have manners to greet the customers and show blanch faces. Do not consider the customers feedback.

Located at a busy market place hence access to transport etc is very good. Room was OK, be sure to ask for a room with windows. my room had windows closed for some reason but since the stay was in December hence it didn’t matter much. Food etc prices were reasonable over all a budget hotel so don’t expect frills etc. you get what you pay for
