The hotel is completely out of control. The first room they gave me didn't have towels and instead of bringing them to me, they moved me to another room that was dirty. Someone had slept in the bed and instead of changing the sheets, they made the bed. There was hair on the sheets and they moved me to another room, in this one there were cockroaches.
They said that they only had the ground floor open because it was low season but at the same time people went up to other floors.
I asked for a towel at the pool and they told me to use the one in my room, however at reception they were giving out pool towels.
I asked at reception what time the restaurant closed on Friday when I checked in and they told me it was already closed, however I went down and it was open.
The pool water was dirty.
The bathroom has old and rusty fixtures.
Finally, I asked for a towel for the shower and they told me no, that since I was only one person and had 2 towels I should use one. It was all nonsense. Workers smelling of alcohol arguing amongst themselves...
I spoke to a worker and told her that there were cockroaches and she told me that if she had photos, well at that moment she didn't, but the next day she did.
Not at all recommendable, expensive and bad.

My wife and I had an amazing trip and stay at Hamilton Agadir. It is walking distance from the beach and a lot of shops/food spots. The staff was very hospitable. we really enjoyed the pool/pool bar area. Most of all I would like to shout out the restaurant manager Mohamad. He really was a help with us getting things taken care of during our stay and even had great food recommendations. He is a great manager.

I often stay here so i recommend it due to location. There has been upgrades to doors which are now electronic and you enter by tapping a code.
There is now a new hammam place downstairs which is very reasonably priced.
Staff are amazing especially Soukaina at reception who remembered me from before.

The hotel is located in a good location, around 20min walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious. Staff are polite and welcoming. Loads of clubs next to the hotel. McDonald’s and Pizza Hut across the road from hotel.
