Hello romantic riad but not chic, neither classy nor even Moroccan..denaturalize a typically Moroccan riad in an Indian room that is frankly bad taste, pay for a suite at 230 euros and have a shower head without fixing, really low. TV only local, no French channels and a strong but very strong smell of rose or jasmine in all the hotel we like flowers but not to that extent it stings your throat in the evening and the sneezing no let's not talk...I advise you to go elsewhere you will find a lot better for less and at least you will help the local economy.
I will end with “madam the owner who has the austere hello know that I had taken the most expensive suite in the hotel and when meeting you at reception neither a smile nor a little welcome tea. I am disappointed!

We had the best time at this riad! The design of the hotel is very intricate. Flowers and candles everywhere and you can smell it all around the hotel. Very relaxing and romantic. We had a wonderful massage and had a nice time enjoying the amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi. We also had a lovely time at the bar with live music. Would definitely rave and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 5 star experience.

Hotel location is a bit far away from shops and restaurants. You'll need a taxi to go anywhere. The hotel itself is charming and beautifully decorated. The thing that lets the Hotel down is the service. Our check in time was 2pm, we arrived at 1.50pm after a 4 hour drive. We were told our room wasn't ready and to take a seat and at 3.10 we're told our room is ready. No offer of a drink or a cold towel after the 4 hour drive. The food in the restaurant in the evening is excellent quality. But it's the same every night. The menu is only in French and when we asked if they had one in English it was a straight "non" from the waiter and then he left. We heard and saw other customers ask for a menu in English and they too were met with a nonchalant shrug of the shoulders. We used a translator app in the end. Only 2 choices at lunch, chicken or salmon sandwich. If your first language is French, you'll be looked after better than if your first language is English. The pool area is nice enough, could do with 3/4 more sunbeds. Overall experience was one of dissatisfaction.

hôtel agréable bien situer ,personnels à l écoute. juste un conseil éviter de prendre les chambres 101/102/ et 103(niveau restaurant ) sauf si vous voulez être dans l obscurité durant votre séjour et lumière en marche non stop pour y voir et vous vous retrouvez face à un mur et avec une coursive en bas .(pas de photos de ses chambres dans la présentation)uniquement la coursive qui bien sur est prise avantageusement ) mais sinon impec

Bel endroit, décoré avec goût. Ambiance paisible. Literie moyenne. Accueil à l arrivé absent.Nous avons reçu les clefs sans explications sans visite sans informations. Le petit déjeuner copieux et bon. La restauration est bonne. Bien situé Il y a un spa que nous n avons pas testé qui a l air à première vue correct. 3

J'ai malheureusement eu une expérience décevante dans cet hôtel. La propreté laissait sérieusement à désirer, avec des chambres très sales à notre arrivée. De plus, le bruit incessant de la route et du bar à proximité rendait la nuit très difficile. Côté restauration, les prix sont exorbitants : le dîner, les boissons et les consommations au bar sont trois fois plus chers que ceux des hôtels voisins. Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement et chercherais plutôt une autre option pour une meilleure expérience.
