I don't like giving negative reviews, rather I don't do it if I wasn't happy. But for the Ygoudar hotel in Agadir, I want to help others with their choice. It is a large hotel residence structure, with swimming pools, restaurant and wi fi. It's a shame about how it's managed. We stayed there for 3 days and from the moment we entered and saw cockroaches as big as thumbnails, ants, spiders, flies and other insects we thought we couldn't make it. Then, with the mosquito plate and cockroach slippers we resisted. The bathroom area had not been taken care of for decades. Vater cracked and dirty, sink cracked, rusty cast iron pipes at the joint with the tap in the tub. And very serious: there was no soap, toilet paper or towels. We had booked through the bed & breakfast agency. To have breakfast on the first day we waited 40 minutes, the second an hour and the third 30 minutes. Dirty tablecloths that always turn the other way, full of crumbs, there is no possibility of serving yourself. Bread and croissants exposed to flies, which are cut on the spot, a waiter who has just coughed on them or who has previously collected the napkins and dirty plates. About ten waiters who create endless waiting times for about fifteen people. Maybe it's normal for them, maybe they don't have a guide and they try to orient themselves as best they can. However, they are all young, from the girls who "clean", I don't know what they do in the rooms because the dust has reigned for who knows when, the bathroom fixtures are really dirty with urine and other things, the mirrors that you can't see, under the beds everything, so much so the insects enter, in the courtyard so many dry leaves from under which cockroaches escaped in the evening, which then you also find yourself in the room. Very very sorry, because we toured quite a lot of cities in Morocco and nowhere did we not find all this. Not even in desert tents.
