wie immer sehr schön dort zu sein
seit Jahren dort in unregelmäßigen Abständen. Immer wieder schön auf sehr ordentlichem Niveau. Man kennt sich und geht sehr gut miteinander um.
Nette Zimmer. Tolle Umgebung, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gutes Restaurant mit hoher Qualität, hübschem Ambiente und freundlichem, aufmerksamen Personal. Immer wieder gerne....

Vi kommer ikke tilbage!
Forfærdelig indtjekning. Jeg havde ønsket handicap parkering og fik et handicap værelse ved jorden. Det ønskede jeg ikke.
Jeg havde bedt om et værelse nær elevator. Jeg fik et værelse i den bagerste del af hotellet hvor jeg feks skulle gennem 3 branddøre.
Jeg bad om et andet værelse men det var ikke muligt.
Morgenmaden var ok men tjenerne forfærdelige. Vi oplevede at gæsterne blev fulgt til deres bord og der blev fortalt om maden. Vi fik at vide vi bare skulle finde en plads uden anvisning af mad osv.
En tjener kommer og spørger om vi snart er færdige (vi havde været der ca. 1 time) fordi de havde travlt og de skulle bruge vores bord. Der var ikke fyldt i restauranten og der var rigelig plads.

Tolles Personal, gute Lage. Alles ist sehr sauber. Aber: Direkt bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest: Das Hotel hat den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle. Bar und Restaurant sind hinreichend gemütlich. Die Zimmer groß und sehr sauber. Auch das Badezimmer. Allerdings glaube ich nicht, dass nur eine Badewanne im Bad dem Standard eines 4*+- Hotels entspricht. Der Kühlschrank bzw. die Minibar war ausgebaut, man ordnet sich den wahnwitzigen Ideen des Klimawandels unter, veranstaltet aber Silvester ein Riesen-Feuerwerk. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, aber das Büffet ist flächenmäßig so klein, dass es auch außerhalb der Stoßzeit großes Gedränge gab. Das Abendessen ist nur mittelmäßig, dafür teuer, die Weinkarte dürftig. Die Sauna ist vergleichbar mit einer Sauna im Fitnessstudio, groß und ungemütlich. Das Wort "Resort" passt überhaupt nicht: Tagungshotel oder Hotel für Durchreisende wäre entsprechender. Gemütlichkeit, Wellness, Dinieren, Erholen geht anders.

Insgesamt ein schönes Wochenende in einem tollen Hotel. Sonntagmorgens um sieben in voller Lautstärke das Treppenhaus saugen, kann man ja vielleicht noch mal überdenken…
