Except the surrounding is a bit desolate, it is inconvenient to eat and shop. The hotel itself is generally good, in line with Hilton's uniform standards. Just for business travel. Not far from the airport, 5 minutes drive to downtown. The Starbucks inside closes at 11 o'clock. Come down early if you want to buy it 😀

My future granddaughter is attending college in Arlington and was cast in a Musical. My daughter in law, granddaughter and I got tickets to go see her perform at the theater in Farmers Branch. Not being familiar with the area I relied on reviews and found this place on line. It was a great find! It was very close to the theater and in a quiet area but close to everything at the same time. Being a Best Western member we got an excellent rate. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time. Had a great variety and everything was hot and fresh. Internet worked great as well. Quiet room with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here when in the area again.

The hotel is located in ADDISON, there is an area 30 meters walk from the next door. There are many restaurants, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, etc. It is very convenient to eat. It is a 10-minute drive from WALMART, TARGET supermarket. Go to the airport and drive for 30 minutes. Hotel facilities are general, the room has a musty smell, and the bathroom sees one. Parking is convenient and free. The breakfast was rude and the same every day. A few photos of the lobby and breakfast area, the room forgot to take pictures.

I came for a medical training at Acumed. I was robbed at the hotel room 324 during the day 16th and/or morning 17th on the day 15th at night, I keep my wallet inside my laptop bag pack, with my passport and other documents, because I didn't want to take it with me. My bag pack never go outside of the room hotel. My wallet never go out from my bag pack since night 15th, I keep all my stuff including my wallet inside my bag pack. All My documents passport, and other cards was inside, Just my wallet were missing. My wallet was taken from inside my bag pack. Another issue is, today 17th August 2024. I left my iPhone charger and wire, connected at the bathroom ( I charged my phone this morning), when I came back to the room, won't be there. After check out 1.5 hours later room has already cleaned for the service people. There is no reason not to report it or gave me back my phone charger The front desk man told that he has no reports of my iPhone charger and wire. Definitely has to be reported so that phone charger was also robbed, and no reports about it, no forgiven stuff. I have no answer from manager yet. They told me call back on Monday. I would like to have it back my wallet and my money around $5000 US dollars and also my phone charger. I have no, any doubts, that I was robbed at my room 324 Hilton hotel. That happens during the day 16th and 17th after I did my check out they didn't have me back my phone charger, front desk man just said they didn't found anything.

I reserved a suite for my mom and me to stay in for 1 night as she was having surgery next door at the heart hospital. I was checked in a timely manner and my room looked like the pictures on the website. It was fairly clean except for all the dog hair on the floor and food crumbs left over from previous guests in multiple places on the carpet! It was clear they skipped the vacuming! I slept on the pull out sofa and I checked upon arrival for sheets and blankets. I didn't see a blanket and called to the front desk the man working there was very irritated that I asked for a blanket. he said I could come get one. So with my room being the farthest from lobby, I made my way down there. No blankets!! I was told and no offer to get me one. When I did verify and asked are u sure? He said he'd go tear up a bed for me and bring it to me! That is when i notified him of the pet hair and food. he was not happy that i asked for housekeeping to come and vacuum! So beware he's a little crabby!! I used the fitness room which needs help! Very minimal! The breakfast was served in the mornig but n o details at chek in when it was hours etc! It was okay . typical hotel breakfast nothing to brag about! All in all it fit our needs for a overnight stay!

GGuest UserWe stayed three nights April 16-19 on our first trip to Dallas. I chose the hotel based on location and previous good reviews. Maybe my expectations were too high but several issues arose during our trip. After a several hours flight, we arrived about 1030pm. It took over thirty minutes to get checked in and to our room. First the outside doors are locked and I have never encountered this at a hotel. I stood there for several minutes until the employee walked over to trip the auto door. I then stood for over 20 minutes while Eddie tried to get a guests credit card to work. He mentioned they had trouble with them but the wait was very long. The phone rang several times and the calls were put on hold. It was the first of several times that it appeared they did not have enough staff. Once we finally made it to our room, the smell of **** was very strong in the hallway. Not the hotels issue, but the continued for two days. In our room, we found it nice and clean but very cold. The heat would not work and only blew cold air. After about an hour, I called the desk and a very nice maintenance staff member brought me an electric heater. That saved the day but was our only source of warmth throughout our stay. Even though reported again the next day, no one came to address the issue or offer any options. We enjoyed the size of the room, the large size TV and modern features but heat would have been nice with unseasonably cold weather.
GGuest UserI have stayed here before so I knew it would be a nice experience. Was I blown away by Chenoa Morton!!! She was the most pleasant and professional I have come across in such a long time! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was 5 star. We will definitely be back the very next time I am in Addison! Chenoa Morton keep up the great work!! Marriott, keep this one she is a game changer!!!
Overall the hotel was nice. Nice size clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Downside was elevator repair, leaving one functioning elevator. But the new elevators look great! The main complaint I have was the lack of selections at their bar/restaurant. I was traveling alone and did not want to leave the hotel my first night in town. I have stayed at the same line of hotel before, and they were well stocked and offered many selections of food and bar items. There was 1 wine to chose from. Another guest tried to order a beer, only to be out of all her selections. Once she was given a beer, it was old and she had to return it and chose another brand. The good thing was that the hotel is located directly behind an amazing Italian restaurant… so night two was much better!
GGuest UserI've stayed at this hotel the last 3 years. It has always been a great and welcoming experience. This last visit, changed my mind about ever coming back. Our room had burned out light bulbs, missing smoke detector (violation), and an unusable plug in the vanity area. My wife had to stand in the bedroom and blow dry her hair. There were no toiletries to use at the sink-for basic hand washing! The HOT breakfast is a joke--3-4 warming shelves with sugar-laden waffles (with baked in syrup), not any fruit, Tang looking liquid for orange juice and not any toast, bagels, or other normal breakfast staples. Certainly not my definition of HOT breakfast. You can no longer make your own breakfast here. Really--Covid is no longer an excuse for this! During our stay, there apparently was a motorcycle rally at another nearby Marriott and some of the overflow was at this hotel. So well after 11 PM, we heard loud Harleys, music, and screaming from the parking lot below us. Nothing from management was visible to stop it for the well being of other guests. The $10 parking fee really bothers me as their parking lot is mostly vacant at any hour/any day. I said goodbye to this sad replica of a once great place to stay. Going Hilton from now on!

My daughter in law, granddaughter and I got tickets to go see her perform at the theater in Farmers Branch. Not being familiar with the area I relied on reviews and found this place on line. AAndy KThe room was clean. But the one star is due to the bad customer service and the scam they run with deposits. In other hotels the deposit is a pending charge. In this hotel, they charge the deposit upfront and say the would refund it. I called them today, 5 days after checkout, asking for my refund. At first the person on the phone told me that they had already refunded the deposit and I should check with the bank. I told them I should see a pending charge on my card. When I pressed further the person told me that they will keep the deposit because my room and furniture were dirty. I asked for proof and they did not have any. I had taken pictures of the room before I checked out (timestamp for the pictures show that) because I had read about their deposit scam in reviews. When I told the person that I can come by and show the pictures, the person told me that they will keep the deposit regardless and hung up. This is so ridiculous. Beware before you hand the deposit to this hotel.
