Room facilities are good but need updating
The breakfast in the hotel is not very good, and you have to go early one day and you can't prepare a lunch box (an additional charge of 15 US dollars). The breakfast is the same, which is very outrageous.
There is a cake with plates and tongs in the lobby (not a welcome meal) but there is a fee, which is 15 US dollars per serving, which is very ridiculously expensive.

Stayed here during the Meskel holidays. Checking in took some time (2 hours of waiting) since we had no choice but to go to the hotel early before the roads close. Place has modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay, a good selection for vegans and health conscious alike.

The Hyatt Regency is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Great staff, food and high-quality amenities. The rooms and common areas were beyond clean and neat. Excellent spa services. Also, the bar areas had great music and drinks!! Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The services at the hotel are good. The restaurant has a good mix of foods for diet. The staff have good ethics and are very helpful. The rooms are clean with good ventilation. The common spaces have good seats for relaxing. Their coffee is good. Today i was served by Teshome.

The management and staff at Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa make this the best choice, by far, if one is spending time in Addis. The service, the food, the bar, gym, spa, and staff are amazing. Spent four intensive days with colleagues in a retreat. The environment and events services by the staff led by Mekdes Negatu were superb. A high level of professionalism and attentiveness was evident at all times and in every service. The timeliness and freshness of the support given made the experience awesome.
