It's not on the main road, so it might be hard to find without a shuttle bus.
The service is very good. I got injured during my stay and the hotel helped me get a taxi to the pharmacy.
The hygiene is good, suitable for short-term stay

This hotel is ok. Nothing special about it. Rooms are the same but they will tell you they gave you the best room. Anyway, what was annoying is how they charge, when you book the room you should pay in dollars, they charged me in birr which they should not do and the charge was slightly high. I didn’t appreciate it, and for that I don’t think I will stay in this hotel again.

The hotel facilities and environment are pretty good in Ethiopia. I stayed in a twin room with my colleagues from the company. It felt similar to the 200-yuan express hotel in China. Laundry was very cheap. The front desk and cleaning staff were quite enthusiastic. The breakfast was also good. The security staff were also very enthusiastic. But you could hear the barking of the dog in the bungalow next door at night. Haha. There is free airport pick-up and drop-off service. Overall, I can give it 80 points

Especially for me as a solo Traveller was it very supportive to receive such a friendly environment.
The service was brilliant and everybody always tried to help if it was needed.
I extended my stay for 3 more days because the whole package fits to my expectations.

The stay was very pleasant, the hotel facilities, the rooms and the food. The staff is very friendly from the moment you enter the hotel, especially the night manager (Tilahun) always willing to help, jut like the security guys, the bartender and the waitresses

I have been trying to cancel the reservation for a month and the hotel does not respond to messages sent through booking or by email. Phone is locked too. Terrible attendance. I have already sent several emails, contacted them in every possible way and have not received a response so far. They never responded to or viewed the messages on booking.

Great staff, tasty breakfasts, comfy room. The hotel is close to the airport, so you dont have to bother yourself in traffic after a long flight. Definitely recommending. When I'm back in Addis, TH Bonroyal Hotel is a completely no-brainer decision.

The hotel is a little boutique hotel, just perfect for a business trip. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and address any needs. It is well maintained and the food is good value. It is also at a very convenient location from the airport, I would definitely make it my hotel of choice. The only thing I would recommend is to increase the fruit variety at the breakfast buffet.
