晚飯衹有我們兩個人，點了三文魚給孩子，半夜開始嘔吐不止，****，前台沒有葯，讓我們去醫院，忍住沒去，第二天結賬，不僅沒有安慰，且説沒有醫院證明不能説是晚餐食物不好。有一個服務經理服務特別差，衹因為攜程會員價格便宜，他們不願意按攜程會員價結賬。

Çok Yakında bu otel olduğu için dedik oraya girişimizi yapalım eşimin kimliği yanındaydı benim ve oğlumun arabada kalmıştı tc kimlik numaramızı söyleyelim dedik yok dediler cocugu yukari yatağa biralkalim zaten eşim gidip arabayı getirecek o zaman size kimlikleri verir . Kabul etmediler 40 dk lik yolu yürümek zorunda kaldık hakkımı helal etmiyorum . Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Şehir merkezinde, Optimum alışveriş merkezine yürüme mesafesinde, güvenilir,temiz yeni bir otel. Güleryüzlü ve yardımsever personeli de artısı. Bence otelde spa,hamam vs de olsa daha fazla puanlamayı hak edebilir diye düşünüyorum. Restaurantın kahvaltısı müthiş…

Otel ve otel personeli çok güzel konum restoran olarak çok iyi ancak sürekli bir fiyat güncellemesi yapılarak konaklamanızı muhasebe birimi zora sokuyor ilk açıldığı zaman ki duruşları ile şimdiki fiyat politikası alakalı değil severek kaldığım bir otel idi artık herhalde Sheraton ile aynı fiyatı sunmamaları gerektiğini anlarlar

Konum olarak iyi bir yerde. Manzara çok güzel ama Seyhan Nehri kuruduğu için şuan çok üzüldüm. Odalarda sigara içme olasılığı olması güzel. Hemen yanında ise AVM olması faydalı. Kahvaltısı normaldi. Kalınabilir temiz bir otel.

Otel merkezi olarak çok iyi bir konumda. Nehir manzaralı odaları ve odaların temizliği aşırı iyi. Ben titiz bir insan olarak temizliği gerçekten çok iyi. Odalar hergün temizleniyor. Adanaya yabancı olduğumuz için bize resepsiyondaki burak bey çok yardımcı oldular. Otelin teras katında adana manzaralı restaurant bölümü var orda yemek ve içecek servisleri var ve gerçekten yemekleride çok iyiydi. Restaurant katındaki Halit bey çok güler yüzlü ve çok tatlı bir beyefendi bizimle gerçekten yakından ilgilenip her istediğimizi yerine getirdi. Gerçekten çok güzel bir iki gün geçirdik. Herkese tavsiye ederiz. :)

Personeli çok ilgili ve konumu çok iyi. Nehir manzaralı odaların manzarası çok güzel. Odaları tertemiz ve sürekli temizleniyor. Odada ihtiyaç duyacağınız her şey mevcut. Lokasyon olarak gezilebilecek yerlerin çoğuna yürüme mesafesinde.

Turkmen Riverside was a lovely place to stay in Adana. It was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and tastefully and functionally decorated. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast on the top floor with fabulous city and river views—the latter something we also appreciated in our room. Conveniently located next to a mall, the hotel is across from the beautiful Sabancı Mosque, within view of the ancient but still functioning (for pedestrians) Taş Köprüsü (Stone Bridge), and Büyük Saat (Big Clock Tower) in the historic Adana town center. The entire staff was helpful, very courteous and hospitable. The bedding was especially comfortable, the pillows, linens, and duvet being superior to what is often found in Turkish hotels.
