It needs more cleaning, it looks a little worn out and needs a lot of maintenance. It needs a remodel. It's a bit old and at the time it may have been excellent, but that time has passed.

Where do I begin. I’m a member of circulo Real then loyalty programme of this particular hotel chain which has three categories. Real Inn, Camino Real and Quinta Real. Being the first one the lowest business category and ascending respectively. I made my reservation and added an extra night. My keys stopped working. So I had to go back to the lobby to te same person that did my check in from whom I didn’t even receive an apology. Anyway. The room is nice but had very little furniture and the pictures are tiny so it makes you feel it is immense. The balcony is alright though the table top seems a bit flimsy. It has a wonderful beach with little waves so it’s great for children and adults who lack much swimming skills. The beach bar staff is amazing and the lady huerta restaurant staff is amazing aswell. The guy to helps you find an umbrella and sunbed Margarito is also amazing. Do ask him to find you one he will be more than happy to help you. The cupboard doors in the room need maintenance as do the AC and the fam as they make a noise and don’t cool well respectively. I have ordered room service for breakfast and have had to battle myself to get the trays taken away either from the hallway or from inside the room. Only yesterday it took the one comment an reception an two calls to get that done. My work takes me places so I believe hotels should fort focus on causing you the least discomfort and then provide an excellent service to keep you coming back. Clearly someone at this hotel missed that memo. I understand it is xmas time and headed to new year but that is no excuse as the prices are hiked during this season. The hotel itself is in a wonderful location so I would still recommend it. Nevertheless if you are not in the mood for lack of detail stay elsewhere. I have only been able to put up wit it because it would be hard to find a new hotel and also because I have been loyal to the chain for a long time.

Small sandy beach, small sea swimming area, from early morning the swimming area in the sea is surrounded by boats and jet skis, because of this the water and air are dirty because of the fuel and its smell. The food seemed to be varied, but we didn’t like it and weren’t impressed. The hotel is still undergoing repairs after the hurricane, the floors in the hallway are covered in lime, some of the stairs are blocked.
