Terrible hotel. Very dirty place. Sheets are stained with only God know what. When I arrived I thought it was a clean hotel. Paid for two nights. Only to realize how dirty it was. Rooms smelling. Amenities filled with mold. Mosquito infestation. Even the curtains are stained. Sheets stained. Bathroom horrible and smelling. We tried to change the room. We viewed three other rooms and they were worse than each other. The bathroom smells. You will stand in your bath water while bathing. I had to cancel the next night for which I was promised a refund and the took my details. They never made the refund so it suffice to say they are also cheats. Be very weary of this hotel.

When I arrived at the the hotel and presented them with my confirmation number and email from ********** they did nit honor the reservations stating that they do not accept reservations and that I would have to get refunded through hotels . Com and pay them additional cash to stay. I was very disappointed as i had already booked and paid for my stay online. After dealing with front desk for an hour they finally brought management who said he would then resolve the issue, that’s when he said to me I should get refunded through ********** and pay them the cash and I will be able to stay there. I did not pay them anything else, instead I went and stayed at another hotel. Do Not Book with these people
