The key disadvantage is the inconsistency of information: on the website and in the application it is stated that the hotel has two swimming pools and both pools are included in our rate: outdoor and indoor, but the administrator told us that the pool is only open, and they do not have an indoor pool for free access ( for an additional fee there is a swimming pool in the spa area). It was disappointing, because we initially chose this hotel based on the important criterion for us: “two swimming pools.” Also listed in the “amenities” is “golf course” and “squash”, but we didn’t find anything like that nearby, although we searched and checked, but unfortunately no one gave us information about the location of these activities.
The air conditioner in the room was leaking, once the workers even came in to fix it, but it still continued to leak onto the floor.
Otherwise, everything else is at a high level: a clean outdoor pool, delicious varied breakfasts, high-quality cleaning of the premises, a beach area (though sometimes with jellyfish, but what can you do), an excellent balcony: chairs, a table. Clean and nice place.
I would also like to note that the location relative to the stop is not very convenient - it’s far away and there are no sidewalks for pedestrians, somehow in the heat we got to the stop, but the bus never arrived, it runs very rarely. My daughter and I love this hotel, we are repeat guests! The breakfasts are AMAZING!!! Lovely food and lots of choice!!! The rooms are spacious, staff attentive and overall this place is great value for money!
I also love the gym which has a huge range of equipment and is in a spacious area, so you can work out and feel comfortable.

I just want to thank all the Staff from the front desk for helping and comforting the guests they were very professional, especially Mr. Eslam, Mr. Surya, and Ms. Koshilea they provided an Excellent room with a fantastic gulf view, everything was amazing, and the room is cozy and very clean,
also, Thanks to Mr. Mark, Ms. Michelle and Ms, Lovely from Sevilla restaurant the dinner and breakfast were amazing, and too many choices.
my kids were very satisfied with the Swimming pool and slides and also kids club.
