Really good, very good, the breakfast is very rich, it is worth coming, close to the Ocean World and the shopping mall. There is a swimming pool, sunbathing, many foreigners, good service, complete facilities, really good.

A fantastic hotel! Great location, amazing and friendly staff, food lovely and pool and beach were great. Would love to come back here and highly recommend to anyone. We really enjoyed Yas Island and this hotel made our holiday great

This time I stayed on the 6th floor. The so-called new decoration of the room on this floor made the room look very empty. There was no desk, only a small round coffee table, a chair, and the refrigerator was only placed on the floor. It seemed like the room was not equipped. I politely inquired with the staff about this, and the reply was that this is the normal configuration of newly renovated rooms. When I checked out, the front desk staff asked me how my stay was, and I told me that the room felt empty. After hearing this, the hotel manager replied that this was the new minimalist design.
The bathroom shower tub is also poorly designed and can easily overflow during showering.
The plugs were in weird places, the one under the TV didn't work, and the one outside the bathroom was so low that it easily came loose if I moved it slightly when using the hair dryer.
Breakfast was average.
I am very disappointed with this stay. I will never choose it again when I visit Yas Island again. I will also consider it carefully next time I stay at another Crowne Plaza hotel, especially the design of the room.
