Hotels Near Abraj Al Madina Supermarket in Abu Dhabi

Decent hotel located nearby the Grand Mosque which was our main concern in visiting Abu Dhabi. Huge thanks to Mr. Kacimi, in the reception, for giving us the great family room. His kindness, with a smile, is an asset to the hotel. The room was so spacious, which really accommodated my family. Nice amenities as well, especially the jacuzzi, steam & sauna bath. We loved the salas / living area, thanks to Mr. Raghu and Mr. Rhohan, housekeeping dept., for providing our needs, especially the extra beds for my mom & I and for the bottled water. You guys are awesome, always smiling despite the busy schedule. Buffet breakfast was superb, with plenty of foods, we really enjoyed. Lastly, we don’t want to leave that early as we wanted to spend more time in the steam/sauna bath, hence, thank you so much Mr. Thuha Bo, in the reception, for granting our late check-out request. All of you are amazingly generous and kind by heart. Cheers and more power.

I stayed here twice during the first ten days of July. Absolutely fantastic, hands down best Accor run property in the UAE. Most of the customer service at Accor hotels in the UAE is atrocious and horrible. But this property, is the absolute opposite. Honestly, other properties in the UAE should send their management and staff to shadow the staff and management at this hotel. All of my requests being an Accor member were met with absolute ease. Everything was efficient and most of all prompt. The staff, Roshani, who checked me in was absolutely wonderful and the staff who checked me in on my second stay, I believe a Moroccan staff early in the morning, was equally fantastic. The hotel goes out of its way for its loyalty members and that is truly appreciated. This has become my go to property in the UAE even if I have work in Dubai. I would not mind the drive because I have tried so many Accor hotels in Dubai and they are frankly just empty properties devoid of service. A special thanks to the staff working at 10pm on the 20th at Aroma. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife and that was very touching. Thanks once again and I will definitely be back.

The only reason we stayed at the hotel was because we wanted to visit Dalma Mall and this was the closest cheap hotel with decent reviews. The hotel is located inside Mazyad Mall which is convenient as there is a Supermart, food court and many shops selling various stuff. The hotel I would say is average we booked a 1 bedroom apartment which was spacious had a kitchen and washing machine which was handy. The room's furniture is a little tired but well maintained, the bathroom was clean and tidy. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn't get a chance to use the pool or try the restaurant. The Service staff were very polite and helpful we had a lot of luggage and they arranged a big family cab for us promptly. I'm trying to be as positive as I can be but the place feels gloomy and old.

This is a review long overdue. Visited the hotel about 2 weeks ago and I've been meaning to write this review ever since. This stay was actually a competition I had won via Instagram. I have visited and reviewed many hotels in the UAE and the Shangri-La definitely ranks in my top luxurious hotel stays yet. I would like to thank Intan, the very polite lady who checked us in. Intan definitely deserves mention without whom we probably wouldn't have had as great a time. Upon hearing that we were also celebrating a special occasion, she provided us with lounge access which was the highlight of our stay. The Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel and the service by all staff was testament to the brand. Aside from the opulence of the hotel, the superb facilities, the beautiful beach and the amazing infinity pool, the Horizon Club Lounge was just the cherry on the top. Mr Jem and Ms Berna were the most hospitable. They spoiled us beyond measure. The food at the lounge was delightful in all aspects. The food preparation and presentation was on point. Very often, food that looks so good doesn't actually parallel in taste. I can certainly say that the meals were both, beautifully presented and scrumptious at every bite too. I don't think I've ever spent more time in a hotel lounge before. Jem and Berna were both very professional and definitely deserve praise. We felt more like family than hotel patrons. The breakfast at the hotel was just another feature deserving mention. It was one of the most gourmet breakfasts and the variety was nothing short of spectacular. The Abra ride was wonderful escapism. This canal and Abra feature is just gorgeous. I honestly felt like I was in Venice. Muhammad, the Abra guide was , delightful and polite. I would also like to make mention of Carmen at reception who extended our check out and to the breakfast team who really went out of their way to ensure that we had a fantastic meal. I would certainly love to visit this resort again.

This is my second stay at the Gravity hotel this year for business, It was so good the first time I asked my company to use it in future, It is conveniently located in the commercial area and near to the industrial area. The staff are excellent, always friendly and have a smile, my cleaner Zakit Fuad provided an excellent service and ensured my room was cleaned to a very high standard every day, The staff at Breakfast time always remembered my order and again the service was excellent. The rooms are very clean and the hotel well maintained throughout, thanks for anther lovely stay

The hotel park is oversized, the scenery is beautiful, the room design is also very classical and generous, the breakfast is superb, I will stay here next time!

Love this hotel. I stay here regularly. The location is fantastic. The staff are amazing and always so helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel common areas are tastefully done and always immaculately clean. Love this beach and pool area and love sitting out on the deck at night for a drink or a bite to eat. The setting and views are incredible - a really nice ambience. The food and drink is delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, it’s my favourite hotel and always stay here when I come to Abu Dhabi.

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal! It's an absolutely amazing hotel. The luxurious rooms and breathtaking views of the Grand Canal make for an unforgettable experience. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. The amenities and facilities are top-notch, and the location is perfect for exploring Abu Dhabi. We attended our son's wedding at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr during the second week of March. The hotel is a beautiful resort property, with great amenities and a wonderful view of the Grand Mosque. What set this hotel apart is the superb service and care provided by the entire staff at Fairmont over the duration of our stay. With more than a hundred guests in our collective party, they managed to make everyone comfortable and well cared for. From the reception to the concierge to the wait staff in the restaurants to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and friendly. While it is always hard to remember every name - and one inevitably leaves someone out - we do want to especially recognize Fidan Aghayeva (Restaurant Manager) and her team, Cyril Anne Amorato (Assistant Sales Manager) and her team, Zahid, Jose, Rajeev, Tariq, Joshua, Raymond, Roy, Serian, and so many more. Thank you all for taking such good care of us! We will definitely recommend Fairmont Bab Al Bahr hotel to our friends and family.
