Gestern angekommen und wir sind beeindruckt. Super sauberes Appartement und voll ausgestattet. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit. Tipps für Restaurants wurden gleich mitgeliefert. Der erste Eindruck zählt.

Molto elegante e con molta privacy, era quello che cercavo, volevo privacy e l’ho trovata oltre un ambiente tranquillo e sicuro. La piscina era caldo, il posto è ventoso però se hai intenzioni di girare Tenerife e goderti il caldo, tornare a casa la sera col giusto venticello sarà il massimo

Wir haben uns bewusst für eine Unterkunft abseits vom Touristentrubel entschieden, da wir einfach mal runterkommen wollten. Das Kora Nivaria Beach ist mit dem Auto vom Flughafen TF-Süd in unter 30 Minuten zu erreichen und leicht zu finden. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig (fast schon zu groß für 2 Personen ;) ), gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Pools sind zugegebener Maßen etwas frisch, aber das liegt im Auge des Betrachters. Positiv anzumerken ist die kostenlose Reinigung alle 3 Tage inkl. neuer Handtücher. Man sollte sich im Klaren darüber sein, dass in der fußläufigen Umgebung keine großen Shoppingmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants sind ( hat uns aber nicht wetier gestört) - ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, der alles hat, was man für seinen täglichen Bedarf braucht. Auch das Fitnesstudio ist klein, aber fein. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden es weiterempfehlen! :)

Great place! Absolutely loved it! I loved the energy of the place, for some reason we slept better there than any other hotel or acommodation ever! Bed was very comfortable and we usually have a hard time sleeping any other place than home! Views are worth eveeything! Worth also wake up to wach the sunrise! I was thrilled with everything. Thw tiny inconveniences in the room paled with the views and the comfy bed!

Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet mit Pools. Sehr schöne Apartments und tolle Mitarbeiter. Alle super freundlich ☺️ Paula vorne beim Café macht ein richtig tolles Frühstück ☺️ Die Lage ist tatsächlich etwas abseits, aber dafür hat man Ruhe ☺️

Ho alloggiato in questo fantastico resort a settembre, eravamo sulle ville fronte oceano, vista magnifica. Ville comode di grandi dimensioni, fornite di tutto il necessari anche per cucinare, patio esterno con tavolo sedie e lettini, si sente il rumore dell' oceano, il cielo stellato di sera poi non ha eguali. Stanze da letto comode e due bagni con linea cortesia di alta qualità, macchina del caffè con cialde. Piscine a sfioro sull' oceano, palestra e possibilità di avere la colazione con prodotti a km 0, Zona lavatrici, parco per bambini garage coperta. Un sogno quando arriverete qua non vorrete più andar via perché Kora Nivaria beach e' il top. Personale gentile farà il possibile per soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta. Andateci e non vi pentirete, la zona poco distante dall' aereporto, vi da la possibilità di arrivare nei posti più belli di Tenerife in mezz' ora. Consiglio l' auto Andateci! Basilio dall' Italia

Our family spent a week at Kora Nivaria Beach recently and had a lovely relaxing holiday. The sea view apartment we had overlooked the infinity pool which was ideal for lazy days around the pool. Our apartment was well equipped with light & modern decor which worked for al fresco dining on our ground floor balcony. The location in Abades is quiet but with the amenities you need - supermarket for self catering and a small selection of bars & restaurants all within walking distance. You are also within 5 minutes walk of the beach which is perfect for snorkeling and not overcrowded. If you want a resort holiday Nivaria Beach won't be for you but with Los Cristiano's & Costa Adeje 30 minutes away by car it was perfect for us as we could visit Siam Park & other tourist hotspots but retire to this peaceful hidden gem in Abades!

especially Paulas service was really great, she’s really kind and cat friendly! The sandwiches were really delicious and the place to sit is also very idyllic ✨ Very beautiful appartments, also loved the two pools. We enjoy our stay alot!
