Worst hotel ever! Rooms are not kept clean enough. After a very rough, three weeks of waking up with bite marks, and welts I discovered that room had bedbugs. The front desk night shift said it would have to be delt with by day shift and only offered a fresh set of sheets so I waited. Spoke with day shift manager and she put us in the room right beside the old one. This “new” room was not very clean, there was some kind of dog hair or something all over the carpet and the bathrooms are very small. I’m very disappointed with how the situation was handled and will not be returning

The room we stayed in had a tick in the bed which unfortunately bit my husband. Since we do not have Lyme disease in Chile and considering VA is marked as a state that has this disease by de CDC we where really worried. At the front desk they could not help us or give us any response and gave as an email with the managers name. We showed them the tick just in case they would not believe us. Never got any response from them at all. Terrible response to customers.

The hotel was clean and modern, lobby was clean, front desk staff was friendly and responsive. Our room was modern and clean and absolutely no issues. Only suggestion would be to spread out tables in breakfast area a little farther from food counter, it seemed a little confining. However, this is not a negative and I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean room. I was shocked but the staff at the desk was VERY helpful. The trainnee checked me in and the manager answered some odd questions that i had. You guys passed and i really like this hotel. Breakfast was quick but the offering was edible. I like it.

We stayed in this hotel when it was named Comfort Inn several times when traveling to Abingdon to see shows at The Barter Theater. It was comfortable and convenient to the theater, so we booked it again. Room 130 had tears in the carpet in front of the door and in front of the closet door. The floor felt sticky, like it was wet. There was a musty smell when we arrived. The refrigerator's freezer section was completely frozen into a block of ice. The bathroom was clean, but the floor was very slippery. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine, with a variety of food offered.
