Still in lockdown hell April 2022
Hotel seems to be still operating as it would at the height of CV lockdown. Food dumped in bags and abandoned at your door, restaurant closed, food extremely poor, no draught beers, bar closed and a very isolated atmosphere. The world is now open for business and so should this hotel be.

Nice Hotel but Sort out the Parking
Nice comfortable and quiet rooms.
Average breakfast and standard ping a ding evening menu.
Good location fir me , close to the airport and clise to my place of work.
However, the ample sized car park was full, i believe the hotel offers a airport parking service while customers are away. There was no available car parking when i arrived each evening at 16.30. All the local roads were double yellowed. A lot of cars (including myself) parked on the pavement, i did move my car when a space became available. When i checked out at midday all the cars on the pavement had tickets on them......
I shall bot be staying here again

Wouldn't stay again unless it was the only choice
The hotel was very busy as Lewis Capaldi was playing so quite understandable that the staff were rushed off their feet but they were also rude had to wait a long time to check in and check out and the staff ignored you, one even answered the phone half way through speaking to me. Room was comfy and clean looking however smelt of cigarettes which wasn't pleasant at all

Perfect Aberdeen airport hotel
Great new hotel really close to the airport. I even walked there. The stagecoach bus runs every 15 minutes into town.

Hotel good, reception staff questionable
Overall stay was good, however, I didn’t think the reception staff were the most welcoming. I asked about the breakfast and all I was told was “everything is on the information sheet”, which is fine, but would have been more welcoming if I was told the time. Even when passing by reception for breakfast, although they seen me, no acknowledgement from them. The most welcoming was when I was checking out. It’s a shame as I’ve stayed here a few times before and it was a much more pleasant experience.

Not enough parking spaces.
The hotel was good but there are not enough parking spaces. There were about 50 or so cars parked illegally on the street or in the nearby field.
I'll have to book a different hotel next time I need to stay in the area.

Shame about the parking .....
My only reservation about booking to start with was the parking availability. We arrived at 2.50 to find approx 5 or 6 spaces left. Far to many offshore workers using carpark whilst away. In my opinion i would remove this service. This would be the only i probability wouldn't book again. The reception was immaculate. Service was excellent and informative. We found the room to be clean and welcoming. The shower refill bottles were grubby and not filled. The shower seals a bit black spotty and the towels could have been neater in the holder.
We only ate breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast was by far the best I've had recently.all areas were tided and well stocked. My only criticism would be the chairs could do with a good clean.
It was a very enjoyable stay.

Good hotel not enough parking
Staff were polite, breakfast good, bar price reasonable and spotlessly clean. Hotel seemed quiet but parking was overflowing with cars parked in random places, I assume people parking here and flying from airport. We were lucky to get a space. There were other cars parked on road outside with several parking tickets. Hotel was good but parking would put me off using it again.
