Excellent service from arrival to departing Very friendly & helpful receptionist, bar staff & dining service nothing was any bother & delivered with a cheery smile Our meal before going to Les Mis was delicious & even the smaller Theatre Menu had plenty of choice Breakfast was one of the best I've had,plenty of choice tasty freshly made & delivered to your table apart from your cereal/ pastries & juices which are laid out for your selection No queuing @ buffet breakfasts & toast machines! Love that this is still family run, & will stay here rather than the Hilton or Aloft at the P&J Arena from now on

On arriving at the Craighaar Hotel we were greeted at reception with a friendly smile. Everything was fully explained to us, dinner and breakfast times etc. We managed to get booked in for dinner as I forgot to book. The food was delicious. I must recommend the Tuscan Chicken mmmmmm and also the Banoffee Crumble. There goes the diet lol. The bar was stocked well with all kinds if alcohol and happy with the service there. The ease of just adding everything to our room number made things so much easier. We would happily book again if in the area. Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. Pauline and Annie ❤️

We stayed at the Craighaar hotel last night. It is a great location for us attending the P&J live. Check in was quick, easy and staff were very friendly and smiley. Our suite, was very clean and great value for money. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous, quick service with very attentive staff. Breakfast had a good selection of continental and hot food freshly cooked to order. We can’t wait to come back here next time we are attending P&J. Thank you for a great experience

I booked, as looking for a treat for a birthday. Went for afternoon tea, for daughter 26th birthday. Wonderful time. Lovely food, great service , staff couldn't do enough for us. Would certainly recommend this place. Will be visiting again soon. Thank you .

Stayed for the night to attend P&J Live. Great location only 6 minute walk from hotel. The hotel is very welcoming with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was lovely and clean and had a small separate sitting area with tv which you can log on with your home passwords for Netflix etc. there is all so tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We had a pre show meal in the restaurant which was served speedily and piping hot. All the staff were friendly. The Lounge is cosy with open fire and prices much the same as in Aberdeen itself. Breakfast in the morning again was served piping hot as well as continental breakfast choices. We will definitely be back.

We went there three of us for Christmas lunch. Staff very attentive & friendly, meal 100% .....big helpings, full flavour & well presented & a great price. Would highly recommend. We'll be back soon

Mi hanno messo nella suite che è molto carina perché il letto è sopra un grazioso soppalco. Bagno nuovo e senza moquette ( meno male!). Erano presenti tutti gli accessori del caso : phon, stendiabiti, cassaforte, minibar ( nel cassetto!), 2 televisioni ( 1 davanti al divanetto e 1 sul soppalco), garidon x la valigia. Buona la colazione . Gentilissimo il servizio Difetti: vicinanza all’aeroporto. È sicuramente comodo x chi viaggia, ma il rumore dei decolli si sente. Per fortuna è’ un aeroporto piccolo ed i voli notturni sono molto pochi….

The pictures say it all. The hotel group refused to return my emails or discuss the photos. You would think they would be on it after that but nothing they don't care. If you have stayed here and given feed back the hotel is great and clean then it's a lie.

We recently held a 75th birthday celebration at the hotel and we wouldnt hesitate to use the venue again. Customer service was excellent from the outset and we felt it was a truly personalised service. Nothing was too much trouble and Arlene, George and John and the rest of the staff were outstanding. If felt like they were as invested as we were in making it a success and they seemed as excited as us to see the reaction of the birthday girl. Guests commented on how much they enjoyed the afternoon tea and DJ Lexi who frequently provides entertainment for events at the venue received much praise. We stayed overnight and had a lovely room with a separate seating area. Can't thank the team enough and I know that our guests will be recommending the venue to others as the result of such a positive experience.
