Car Park is very poor; the damaged surface is everywhere and has not been repaired. but they still charge a day parking fee of 5 pounds.

Service was the excellent amiable staff there no facilities as I was with my family my children had no facilities to do something so they were little bored food was nice but less choice on men.

A night away with our young children. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Pool was a big hit, lovely and warm, very clean, nice poolside area. Ate dinner at the Caskieben restaurant/bar, food was a treat (huge portions), lovely staff who were great with the kids, and the place is warm and modern eith a good ambience. Breakfast selection was great too in nice surroundings. Will definitely be back! Thanks.

We booked an overnight stay at the hotel, the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Lots & lots of parking, so plenty spaces to choose from. The receptionist on arrival was so friendly and very helpful, explained everything about her stay, she then booked our table for supper and also booked our taxi for our concert. Our room was absolutely beautiful, so clean, beds were very comfortable (we all slept brilliantly). The shower was one of the best I've used when staying in a hotel, shampoo/conditioner & body wash all provided. Plenty of tea, coffee, cans of water (both still & sparkling) in room. Ironing board, iron, trouser press safe & very roomy wardrobe. The lighting in room was fab too. Our meal was absolutely stunning, clean plates all round - can personally recommend the Scottish burger, the best peppercorn sauce I've tasted. Gavin & Kris ( The Owners) both came & chatted with us during our time dining in the restaurant. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, lots of different choices for all different tastes - can highly recommend the cooked breakfast. We will 100% be booking in for more overnight stays in the future for all our upcoming concerts - so well located for getting to the TECA. 1st time back in the hotel after 12 months away, it has vastly improved..... Emma in the bar & restaurant area was excellent, very assertive & nothing was a problem. Food was really good & a very enjoyable night ..... will definitely book up again

Great Hotel in Dyce one of the nicest I’ve stayed at in Dyce in the last 5 years went for an evening swim on arrival met and greeted by friendly staff the food was excellent and the waiting staff very efficient and attentive nice ambiance in the Caskieben Bar and Lounge

Didn't stay at hotel as I'm local to the area but have have visited a few times to dine in the restaurant/bar area. Excellent food great service with such lovely staff. Public areas in hotel all looking spotless. Looking forward to Christmas party night too!
