Came to check in at about a little after 5pm. Sign flashing open at the door. The door was locked. There was a sign saying use the phone next to the door to call someone. It went to voicemail. I waited about 10 minutes and tried again. He answered but was at Home Depot. In the mean time two people came and waited too. One person didn’t have any running water. Finally checked in and got keys. Went to room moments later and keys wouldn’t work. He blamed me. Then the TV didn’t work. He did send someone. Allegedly, someone who had the room before me stole a part from the TV. ******* asked for a review, so I did. At 11:30 pm I got a response through ******* from this same guy and said I could come to get a refund. Did not see the message until 5:30 am. I immediately packed to get out of there and went to the office. Door was locked, phone did not have voicemail, it asked for a remote code. This went on for an hour. I finally got through and the guy hung up on me. Called again asking for a refund, he refused and hung up on me, then I called again, and he said you already spend the night, no refund. Hung up on me. I still have a second day here.
