Fairfield Inn & Suites Aberdeen

Accessible location. Room cleaning wasn’t thorough, there was a hand towel left on the sink table and the body lotion bottle seal was broken….

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable, high-quality stay. It easily ranks among the top places I’ve stayed. Five stars without hesitation — we’ll be back!

Rooms were nice and comfortable. My wife and I had a fantastic stay. Genesis was so helpful along the way. 10/10 would recommend

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn Aberdeen it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely luxurious.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Marriott in Aberdeen! My room was spacious and clean and the staff was amazing and so friendly. Would happily stay here next time I’m in town.

The location was conveniently located by the Ripken Experience. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a lot going on the weekend we were there and the staff had some challenges faced and handled them well. Unfortunately, my son left his electric toothbrush and toiletries on the counter in the bathroom. When calling the hotel they told me the rooms weren't cleaned yet and they would call back as we were already driving back to a different state, but they never did. I followed up and was told nothing was found and it was a curt conversation. When Genesis the manager was alerted of my review, she reached out and really wanted to help to solve the problem and find my son's lost belongings. She went above and beyond to make the situation right and that is what will make us stay at this hotel again. Fairfield Inn you are lucky to have such a great employee!

Here’s a shorter version: Great stay at the Fairfield Inn Aberdeen. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. A special thank you to Emily at the front desk. She was kind, efficient, and genuinely caring—not just going through the motions. She helped me with an unusual situation, and I truly appreciated how professionally and compassionately she handled it. Employees like Emily make all the difference. Thank you for making my stay such a positive experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Aberdeen. The manager, Genesis Figueroa, and the front desk employee, Heidi, treated me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Based on the way I was treated compared with other guests, I genuinely felt that racial bias played a role in their behavior. No guest should ever leave a Marriott property feeling humiliated or unwelcome. I hope Marriott investigates this situation and ensures that all guests are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
