Desde que reservamos nos contactaron del hotel para decirnos que nos cancelarian la reservacion porque no habiamos dado anticipo, y que ******* nos xancelaria e informaria de eso, siendo que seguimos las indicaciones de *******. Gracias a Dios cuando llegamos si nos respetaron la reservacion porque ******* nunca nos mando mensaje de cancelacion . La habitacion no tenía agua caliente y la televisión muy vieja

The park and attractions are great and the family had a great time during daily activities. At night however, that's when the nightmare began. First, when we walked into the room to leave the luggage (around 18:00 hrs. local time) we noticed that there were a LOT of mosquitoes in the room; the room was also extremely hot (32 deg. C). So I turned the AC on to cool the room and learned that the AC did not work. When we returned to the room two hrs. later, we were not just accosted by the 100ds of mosquitoes but were sweating our butts of due to the heat. Called management to see what could be done, get another room or something; but we were told there was nothing they could do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
