"Wonderful hotel next to Aalborg Airport, and couldn't be any better. This is literally one minute by walk from the airport terminal, and one minute from the Aalborg Airport railway station with 15-minute access to downtown Aalborg. The hotel rooms are clean though the kettle for hot water was a bit . . . but anyway all in all a very good hotel. Also, the staff were absolutely amazing, and helped to call for taxis when needed!"

"Albert's absolute art city. I stayed here for three days. The hotel is separated from the station by a park with music woods. The hotel is large, the room is very spacious, there is a small terrace, the room has two bathrooms, sofas and tables and chairs are fully equipped. The breakfast category is average, but the ingredients are particularly good and the juice is delicious. The restaurant, the lobby reception hall, and all corners have a tasteful furniture combination, especially the chairs, which are very design."

"We had a negative experience with Greenbrook Homes ApS (CVR: 46078780). We booked their apartment in Aalborg through Airbnb well in advance of our trip, but the host cancelled our reservation without providing any explanation. Because the cancellation happened so close to our travel dates and during a period when a major event is taking place, it has been nearly impossible to find alternative accommodation within the same price range, as most options are already fully booked. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Cancelling without notice or explanation has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. We would strongly encourage others to think carefully before booking with this host."

"They charged extra for a quieter room, on a per-night basis. The front desk charged me directly and sent the bill to my email, but didn't tell me the new room access code, effectively locking me out. Housekeeping needs to be requested by 6 PM the day before, or they won't clean. Even if you request it and confirm with the front desk, they might still not clean it. The staff only trust their computers, and everything revolves around them. It seems like guest feedback is ignored."
