"At 9:00am, someone opened my room door. I immediately called the front desk and checked who it was, but they did not call back. As I called the front desk one more time, they said it was house keeping staff. But I put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign and even more, they did not knock on the door. I talked to the hotel manager and the housekeeping staff went for a direct apology. Instead of apologies, the staff was yelling at me and hiding from me. This is a serious violation of privacy and safety, but they do not resolve this problem as I contacted with the hotel customer service."

"Do NOT book under any circumstances! We were given a room under the roof on a day with an outdoor temperature of 35 degrees Celsius. There was no air conditioning. It felt like 40 degrees inside, like a sauna. Sleeping was almost impossible. It's a health hazard, as heatstroke is a real risk. The trade supervisory office should prohibit the rental of these attic rooms on such hot days as long as no air conditioning is installed."
