酒店不是想象中那麼大。因為時間比較久 設施相對陳舊些。但是服務人員態度相當的好。 前台和餐廳人員都很好。房間還算蠻大 還有陽台 風景👌。spa需要付費25歐。提前做好思想準備。

Bellissimo hotel a Boario,ottimo il servizio accoglienza,belle e spaziose le camere,pulizia accurata,bellissima la zona SPA.Ampi spazi per i clienti per zone lettura e relax bellissima la sala da pranzo e ricco il menù sia per la colazione che per i pasti principali.

Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare e nello stesso tempo di usufruire della SPA interna dell'albergo. Siamo rimasti contenti del nostro soggiorno. Dalla camera spaziosa (specialmente il bagno), balconcino con vista montagna; personale a partire dal ricevimento, colazione e ristorante e pulizia camere sempre gentili e ospitali. la colazione a buffet, ottimo e abbondante, e il menu della cena che ogni sera varia, quindi pienamente soddisfatti. Come pure i servizi disponibili e il duo della SPA (signora di ALFO e FELIPE), sempre pronti per ogni evenienza e ringraziamo dei consigli dati per continuare a vivere in modo salutare!! Da consigliare a chiunque e ritornarci!! Continuate pure così ragazzi!!!

Mettetevi seduti e guardate le foto… Armadio cade a pezzi, materasso da cambiare, cuscini da cambiare, tv non funzionante, moquette sporca e bucata in moltissimi spazi comuni, scipino sporco, comodino e letto morsicato da un cane, luce dello specchio retroilluminato non funzionante, copri materasso strappato e cambio lenzuola una volta a settimana!!! A cosa servono le stelle??? Vogliamo parlare dell’ascensore? Neppure due se ne potrebbero dare… Le tovaglie si cambiano ogni sette giorni, i camerieri sembrano usciti da una candid camera Finisci di mangiare un antipasto e riponi le posate ed il cameriere ti rimette le posate sporche sulla tovaglia e te le lascia !! In un 4 stelle?? Neanche a casa. Cibo decisamente non all’altezza neppure di un tre stelle. Boario e’ diventata un mucchio di edifici decadenti, vecchi, chiusi, disabitati e trattate così i clienti peggiorerà le cose. Se una persona sceglie un 4 stelle non si aspetta questo e non tornerà certamente

Abbiamo fatto accesso di 2 ore usufruendo della Spa. Prezzo onestissimo compreso di accappatoi, teli e ciabattine. Nel locale vasche ( molto pulito)erano presenti 3 tipi di tisane calde a disposizione. Abbiamo chiesto di poter pranzare nel loro ristorante ( pagando in aggiunta a prezzo giusto)dove siamo andati in accappatoio e dopo di nuovo nella Spa . Veramente carini e cortesi

Hotel pulito ed accogliente. Un po' datato all'interno in alcune aree, avrebbe bisogno qualche miglioria (moquette, tappeti, parquet non da 4 stelle) ma comunque ben tenuto. Servizi scarsi: - personale alla reception voto 7, gentili e disponibili - personale di sala al ristorante voto 5, impreparati, poco empatici, molto improvvisati - personale alla colazione voto 0, completamente assenti Colazione voto 6, nella media, nulla di particolare, poche informazioni su cibi e bevande Ristorante voto 5, mediocre, non da 4 stelle.

If this was once a 4-star hotel, it needs revisited because it isn't any longer. Maintenance is needed everywhere. Most times there was no air conditioning in the main areas of the hotel, just in the room. Every time I entered my room, the lights flicked off and on for at least 10 minutes. Also, it isn't safe as I learned, from mistakenly trying to open the wrong room, that my key opened someone else's door. This is highly unsafe and as a woman traveling alone, this is a big red flag.
