I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews on here. Front desk staff is friendly. The rooms are really nice (although the pillows are not comfortable) and you can not beat the location. You can take the airport shuttle to the hotel (great service) and it's maybe a 10 walk to the Rosemont Blue Line L station which will take you downtown. If you're seeing a show at the Rosemont Theatre it takes you maybe 5 minutes to walk. The breakfast was good (friendly omelet makers and clean up staff) although the evening drinks could be better. Some people complained about noise from atrium which is really only a bother if you are still sleeping when breakfast is served. I would definitely stay here again.

Separate the truly excellent Webster Grille restaurant from this hotel and you have ... nothing that recommends staying here. But the Webster Grille is expensive ($95 steaks and up.) So, there is a bit of a mismatch. Check-in took forever because they had one person at the desk handling a line that literally went out the door. Hotels know who is coming in and should plan accordingly. I was here 5 nights, and 6 days and got housekeeping service twice despite asking for it each day. One day they came in and emptied the garbage cans and threw some towels on the bed and tossed in a couple of Keurig cups. There are just too many other options to stay here. The beds and sheets are pretty good, but it's just a place to stay - no frills and poor service. I will look elsewhere next trip.

When we first walked in, their was someone standing at the front desk waiting to greet us, unlike most hotels where you have to wait around for somebody's help. We received cookies, which were a pleasant surprise, extremely delicious, and warm. Check in was really easy, the person at the front desk was very pleasant we could tell she liked her job, she was also efficient and fast. The room was very clean and didn't smell like pets or cigarettes, like most hotel rooms do even though they say they are non smoking. We did notice the furniture was outdated and heavily used; however it is  expected, because it is a hotel room. We did not come to sit in the room and look at the 4 walls, we wanted to experience the amenities the hotel provides.     I walked in with low expectations because every hotel I've been to with a pool and a hot tub one or the other does not work. This is even after calling the hotel before booking a reservation we end up being disappointed. I was extremely satisfied when both the pool and hot tub were operational and clean. The pool towels were actually on the deck so you didn't have to go to the front desk to get them. There was an incident at the pool with 3 young teens who couldn't handle a certain kind of substance and the one ended up vomiting and all the girls ran away with out reporting it. When we called the front desk they came quickly and cleaned it up. There was a small fitness center off to the side of the pool and was well kept and clean.  Breakfast was organized, the food was cooked in variation, which I enjoyed, because I do not like my food overdone. The waiter was super friendly and very attentive to our needs they will definitely have my business again.

1. Didn’t asked for accesible room, but that’s what I got. 2. AC/heating system had a weird noise all night, you can’t turn it on because literally you won’t sleep. 3. Shower had someone’s else hairs in the shower wall, gross. - Hotel Manager: if you do not trust the team and their responsibilities, then you will have to do the rounds yourself to ensure your hotel is operating properly in all aspects. - Housekeeping manager: If you do not trust your people, you will have to do the rounds yourself. -If you still do your rounds but you don’t inspect the rooms properly, then you shouldn’t be in that position. Room fridge isn’t working in the rooms (front desk mentioned) so they ask you if you need one to ask front desk but they are charging for it, so who’s fault is it? client or hotel? don’t charge for something you need to repair REGARDLESS. Make no sense for customer service. Also, if you guys are having a group of “young teen/just turn 21” people, why would you put someone on the accesible room by their room? If someone requires an accesible room, in this case I didn’t required one, got assigned one, but imagine an elder person by their room. These “kids” were loud as heck until 4AM, fighting, arguing, drunk, crying, overall it was a nightmare. Normally I have a good experience with Sheratons, but this one is overrated. I chose this hotel because last minute the company I work for had a meeting suggesting to find different hotels that may give us a group rate for the upcoming visits we will have to do in Chicago, but there’s no way I will suggest my coworkers to stay at this hotel with a first time bad experience. Not sure if I would give it a second try. Can’t risk it.

We attended the Chicago International Miniature show at the nearby Marriott O'Hare. Because that hotel was full, we booked the Springhill Suites. They ran a shuttle to the other hotel with a super nice front desk staffer driving. The hotel itself was fine and the free breakfast was above average. Parking was on long surface lots on both ends of the hotel, but there is also an underground garage. The onsite Outback steakhouse was a plus. Rooms were good, nice and quiet despite being near airport and freeway with a microwave and small fridge

We stayed here on a 2 day vacation after getting married (not the honeymoon). We were on the 7th floor so we thought it would be rather quiet, or, at least, not too much ambient noise from outside. We were wrong. We heard cars, sirens and utility trucks like they were right outside our window. We heard the elevator ding every time someone called for one. The walls (exterior and interior) must be very thin compared to every other hotel we've been to. We ordered Chinese from a nearby restaurant and it was very good, but we had way more than we could finish. Opened up the fridge and it was turned off! We turned it on high and it never got very cold. We probably should have called the front desk, but instead we told them on the way out. The ice machine was broken on our floor and the vending machine would not take credit cards. The rooms are dated. The bathroom lights are very bright and only one switch for all of them. When going to the bathroom in the middle of the night you are blinded. This is ridiculous. There should be a way of illuminating in at least 2 stages or at least don't install concert lighting. The staff were not friendly nor inviting. The pillows and sheets were nice, but the bet was very uncomfortable. All in all I would never stay here again and wish I had seen a review like this when I researched area hotels.

Back here after a few months, and the level of service standards appear to be lower. Firstly, your status with Hilton is not recognized, and you don't get credit/points for your stay. When I got to the room the bedsheet looked unmade, i.e. it was very wrinkled...as if it had been slept in. While there was no malodorous condition, it did not look made. Changed rooms, and the second bed was just as bad. The front desk staff explained that the sheets were cotton, and that's how they look. Well, it's not my first trip, and I've been around.....I can tell the difference with a bed that's been made, and one that looks like it was just a rush job. Breakfast was so-so, the spread is nothing to shout about, pretty boring stuff actually. Fitness room was adequate, but the treadmills need to be either replaced, or at a minimum, maintained. Some keys on the control panels need to be fixed.

When we first walked in there was someone standing at the front desk waiting to greet us unlike most hotels where you have to wait around for somebody's help we received chocolate chip cookies they were delicious. check in was extremely easy and the person at the front desk was pleasant. The room was clean and didn't smell like pets or cigarettes like most hotel rooms despite it having carpet. The only real problem was or toilet keep running but when you closed the bathroom door it was enough of a sound bearer so I didn't bother us. There was outdated furniture that was heavily used but expected because it is a hotel room I do not come To sit in the room and look at all 4 walls I want to experience the amenities they have for us The work out room smelled of body odor to the point I had to take a pass. The pool was small but thankfully no one wanted to be in it so I had it too mysel. I was extremely satisfied with the hottub it was actually hot. The pool towels were on the deck so you didn't have to go to the front desk to get them. Breakfast was very well organized there was a good variation of food to eat. The staff made sure food kept coming out so it never got low.
