Friendly and helpful staff. Minor issues with the card (key) to open the room, it is deactivated every two days and you have to go back from the room door to reception to reactivate it. Given the conditions of a 10-bed room, the room is spacious and cozy.

The place was pretty accessible (near to the train station) and reasonable price as compared to those in Amsterdam. Room is relatively small but still ok for a couple. Breakfast was surprisingly not bad for a complimentary one. Would consider staying here again when I come back.

The AC was broken, so the room was full of fans I liked the electric sockets next to beds. Everything else was fine.

Great location and new facilities. Toilets/bathrooms were cleaned regularly and there are plenty per floor. Breakfast was also good and they had a good system to store your luggage while you enjoy the city on your last day :)

Great location, but very old. The room was not very clean. The bedroom and bathroom are very small with little storage space. We had booked breakfast, but it wasn't worth it. There was cheese and chicken breast, and no cold cuts. There was also a poor selection of bread rolls. There were hard-boiled eggs, no other options. You can get a more varied breakfast in town for the same price. The staff were friendly.

Great location, easy to get around in Rotterdam. If you are a bit sensitive to noise , better ask for a room far away from the elevator. Highlight is definitely the breakfast buffet team - thanks a lot for the great service and smiles despite a high stress level in the morning.

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment we walked in. They took care of our ever need as we had a 20month and 9 year old on the trip with us. Very polite and friendly staff. Location is EXCELLENT. Listed as a 3* but surprised us, from aesthetics to decor to staff defo exceed our expectations. A big thank you to Francesca (apologies if misspelt) really helped out during babies feed/milk times. 🥰

I had a satisfying stay in The Hague yesterday, so I'll just make do with it today. Although the rating is not high and there are indeed many problems (especially a bloody drama in the corridor in the middle of the night, with a bunch of men and women crying, laughing, fighting and scolding), it is better than those three-star boutique hotels in Amsterdam. The room is good with a desk and chair, and the bathroom is brighter and more spacious than expected. By the way, there is a supermarket a few steps away, which is very convenient.

After booking one extra night they didn't allow me to stay at this room. But has to check out before 10 and come back again after 15. Than I try to cansel the reservation but the stoburn administration didn't accept. I'm not pleased with this nonsense.

Great location, but very old. The room was not very clean. The bedroom and bathroom are very small with little storage space. We had booked breakfast, but it wasn't worth it. You can get a more varied breakfast in town for the same price. The staff were friendly.

It's about a 13-minute walk from The Hague Central Station and 170 meters from The Hague Square and the Girl's Pearl Earring Museum. The location is great. The breakfast is simple but I didn't eat it. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.

The Hotel it was very clean, amazing service (my husband was sick with flu and we need to change our bed clothes and they where very prompt). About the location, the train station is near and tram station but it is around one hour to Amesterdam central station. About the amenities, it was very good if the hotel has a spa with just a sauna and a steam room.

Great hotel, nicely decorated, spacious entrance, large parking lot (free parking). Friendly welcome at reception. Beds are box springs but with a huge hole in the middle. Little water pressure when showering (may have been due to height, was on the 10th floor) and water drains poorly.

Neat and clean hotel in a great location within walking distance of the center. And close to The Hague Hollands Spoor station, so Scheveningen, Madurodam and surrounding places are easy to reach by tram or train. Spacious and clean rooms. Bathroom is a bit small, mini-sink with a clumsy shower curtain, but very clean. Very large hotel and a bit of a maze but location and hygiene make up for that.

I found the best location with great free parking space from the hotel, which is very rare. The hotel room was excellent, and the price was very, very economical.

Very smooth check-in process, fantastic location, staff were always friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean, couldn’t have asked for a better stay in The Hague!

The room is clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is really good, just a few minutes walk to the central station. Metro station is near to the hotel too. For grocery, there are supermarkets and convenient stores. The area is safe and clean. Will come back again!

The location is very good, only 8-9 minutes drive from the sea. But the hygiene of the hotel is not very good. Hotel breakfast utensils such as spoons, cups are not fully washed. I can still see the stain on the inside of the juice glass lol…

Hotel facilities are general, there is no park green space around, the window is the roof. The accommodation area is a bit far from the front desk, but it is closer to the underground parking lot, resulting in friends driving to pick me up always can not find the correct location.
