Studio City Hotel

This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view. The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful. The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose . The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .
Lisboeta Macau-Maison L’OCCITANE

We loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.

Location: Very convenient, the door is the bus stop, from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge take 102x directly to the door. check in: Staff doesn't understand Cantonese, no deposit required, room card is designated (only one) Lifts: bright enough, big enough, there are 2, to take cards to the room Corridor: Light, no odor (however someone opened the door to the rooftop in the morning, which was a bit weird Door: Normal, thick, good soundproofing Bathroom: Light, two towels each, good hygiene, no smell, clean towels with bathtub, however a bit high, be careful when entering and exiting. Minibar: Has normal stuff, no snacks, fridge is not cold (out of water), has two bottles of water. Bed: The pillows are one hard and one soft, the sheets are a little stained (acceptable), the duvet is warm enough with a USB plug at the headboard, but the light switch is a bit too bright Air conditioning: Relatively slow, you can adjust the temperature yourself Window: Curtains for blackout, but the light will burst between the curtains, the view is average (nor book this hotel for the view) Hair dryer: normal wind, normal temperature Wifi: Relatively weak, interrupts itself from time to time. TV: To turn on yourself (remote control can not be turned on), not HD Check out: Because there is no deposit, so put down the room card and leave

You can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.

Celebrated my birthday yesterday and the hotel staffs were very friendly. The FO staff Stanley provided an incredible service with the room upgrade and late checkout. It has always been a pleasant and comfortable stay at Roosevelt.
W Macau - Studio City

The spacious room and the spectacular view is the only highlight in my opinion. Maybe my expectation is a bit high after staying with Andaz, which provided an excellent and all-rounded experience. For example, we have made an earlier request for late check out when doing the check in, but get rejected by the check-in staff. They didn't consider your membership status nor the birthday. Please don't expect any perks or rewards. The room was not ready when we were there. So we stored our luggage at the front desk. When we came back, the stored luggage was not directly sent to your room. You needed to reclaim your stuff at the concierge. I was a bit disappointed. The location is not prime and at the far corner of the whole district. Staying here with the gold elite status and on your birthday will not bring you anything extra, even though you have made remarks earlier. Definitely, not the first pick in Macau.

I arrived at 1300 hours, but the room was only available at 1500 hours. We requested a late check-out but were only allowed to stay until 1200 hours the next day. I even received a reminder phone call at 1155 hours, which seemed like they were urgently pushing me to leave
YOHO Treasure Island Hotel

We love this hotel because of its location, it’s an approx. 5 to10 mins walkable distance to Lisboa Hotel and Senado Square. And we have a surprise upgraded to a room that overlooks the Macao Tower. Hotel is new, the room itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are good, especially Miguel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for our stay, resolves questions regarding transportation to HZMB and other parts of Macau, which is truly commendable. There are a few restaurants, department store and a cinema, inside the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back when we return to Macau.
The Parisian Macao

It was an absolutely amazing stay and an experience. Parisian Hotel has everything and it has such an incredible interior that looks surreal! Just entering the receptions felt like royalty. Not to mention the Venetian that is connected to it. Everything was beautiful! We booked for only one night. We wanted to extend for another night but unfortunately, everything is fully booked and the prices had doubled. However, it was still a nice stay. It is located in the new district and around it was all the fancy and majestic hotels. We had 30% off for the 3D space team Lab which was a great experience. I highly recommend that one. One of a kind! We love the swimming pool and the spacious bathroom. It was also easy to get a taxi just in front of the hotel. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we ever go back to Macao. Downside: No convenience stores nearby. Could get crowded on holiday seasons.
