"Great hotel with Onsen in the basement. Check in was a breeze and there was alcohol available for happy hour and soft drinks/coffee throughout the day. Location is not a touristy area, which is ideal. No need to worry about tons of tourists everywhere. Onsen was great and not too busy. Will definitely stay here again."

"Stayed at Onyado Nono Namba Natural Hot Spring and absolutely loved it. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and every staff member we met was kind, helpful and efficient. Service felt warm without being intrusive. I saw quite a few comments online saying the rooms are too small, but honestly I think it depends on which room type you book. We checked the room size before booking and found it very acceptable for Osaka standards — spacious enough to open luggage comfortably and move around without feeling cramped. One of our favourite parts was all the little extras included during the stay — the free late-night noodles every evening were surprisingly good, and the onsen was such a nice way to relax after walking all day. After the bath, there was complimentary ice cream which made the experience even better. Location is another huge plus — directly across from Dotonbori, within walking distance to Kuromon Market, and very convenient for exploring Namba and nearby areas. The whole hotel has a calm Japanese ryokan-style atmosphere while still being modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time in Osaka ❤️"

"The place is really awesome. Super convenient as its right in the heart of do to ori and only 3 mins from the station. Very easy to move around and there's a few 7 eleven, family mart, mcdonald's nearby. GU and uniqlo is also nearby for shopping. Rooms are very spacious and decently clean. Tried the insen twice as well and it's quite the experience."

"This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Japan in terms of value for money, and I've been here four times. While it has some common issues with older hotels, like limited power outlets and dated bedding, these are minor flaws compared to its overall excellent qualities. The location is about 500-600 meters from both the train and subway stations. For this price range in Japan, the room is surprisingly spacious, offering a glimpse of Sakuramiya and a corner of the castle tower. The biggest surprise was the free onsen, which even included an outdoor bath! After soaking, there's a lounge where you can enjoy complimentary drinks, popsicles, and senbei. A heads-up: you might encounter female staff in the men's bath, just keep your cool when they greet you."

"Overall, the property feels quite dated, understandable as it's been open for a considerable time. The door lock also felt a bit insecure. On the plus side, the room was more spacious than I expected. The onsen bath was also quite small. However, the tatami bedding was surprisingly comfortable."

"Right next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want."

"This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste..."

"We stayed in a twin room with our elementary school-aged child (3 people in total) and slept comfortably with no major issues. We enjoyed the complimentary beer, about two glasses a day, except on the day we went to Universal Studios. We also used the hot springs twice; the baths were spacious and, most importantly, not crowded, which was great. We had breakfast all three days, and the spread was decent and delicious. We'd definitely revisit! Oh, and the ramen served in the evening was also very good."

"Such an amazing hotel, the location is just a few blocks away from the main travel spots which is amazing, breakfast is a typical japanese style buffet but high quality which is pretty awesome. On top of that, there is a public bath on 13th floor, not too crowded, clean facility, also the staff members are kind and supportive. Had a really good time in there, thanks!"

"We stayed there 1st week of 2026 new year and there was no crowd. So it makes the experience very chill and nice. Onsen will less people and restaurants with no queue. I prefer this branch than the Shinsaibashi as it is more quieter. Nearby hotel is office tower crowd so you can really see the local life. There's great restaurants nearby as well. Staff were friendly and nice. Complimentary supper ramen taste very good. Love the experience here. The massage chair were nice to enjoy too."
