## Hygiene and Service:
The hotel has a policy that guests must put out a 'clean my room' sign before 10 AM each day for full housekeeping. Otherwise, only towels and trash bags will be replaced. Even with full cleaning, it's just a basic tidying up; linens and pillowcases are not changed.
## Location:
It's a bit far from Osaka JR Station, but you can get there directly via bus #88. There's a convenience store downstairs, but not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
## Facilities:
There's a public bath (which is also open to the public, so it can get very crowded in the evenings). On the first floor, the lobby offers soda, coffee, and an ice machine for guests to use at any time.
Airport express, nankai line, is walkable to hotel. It is walkable from shin-immamiya station n doubutsuen mae station. Hence, easy to get around. Shinsekai is just next to hotel. Hence, lots of eateries. There is a diaso n donki round the corner. Zoo is also walkable and next to zoo is a garden with cherry blossom trees. The cherry blossom was illuminated at night. It was lovely. Whenever we come to osaka, we will stay at this hotel.

I used Osaka as my base for daily trips to surrounding cities, and for that purpose, this hotel was perfect.
The bedding and onsen (hot spring) exceeded my expectations. The front desk is on the second floor, and after checking in, you can pick out your pajamas and a suitable pillow from a designated area on the same floor. Another highlight on the second floor is a free lounge bar for guests, offering complimentary drinks and alcohol. Many guests choose to grab a simple dinner from downstairs or on their way back, then enjoy it leisurely at the bar.
The hotel's onsen has incredibly generous hours, operating overnight. It's fantastic to be able to soak and relax even after returning to the hotel late at night.
There's a subway station and a Family Mart convenience store right below the hotel, making travel and finding food and drinks very convenient. While it's a bit of a walk to Shinsaibashi, the overall value for money is still excellent.

The hotel is located in a market, a little hard to find. It's about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. The market is quite nice to visit. It's the kind of local market. There are Chinese services at the front desk. However, the room is quite small. A 26-inch suitcase can barely fit in the room. The hotel has its own hot spring service, but I didn't experience it. There is a bottle of mineral water and a small refrigerator. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
This hotel boasts a beautiful seaside location. There's a mall about an 8-minute walk away with duty-free brands for shoes and clothes, definitely worth checking out. It's perfect for those with an early flight the next day, as the MRT to the airport takes only about six or seven minutes. The hotel also has hot springs and even a foot massager in the room – pure bliss! However, check-in isn't until 3 PM, so arriving early won't get you in, but you can store your luggage.

We stayed there 1st week of 2026 new year and there was no crowd. So it makes the experience very chill and nice. Onsen will less people and restaurants with no queue. I prefer this branch than the Shinsaibashi as it is more quieter. Nearby hotel is office tower crowd so you can really see the local life. There's great restaurants nearby as well. Staff were friendly and nice. Complimentary supper ramen taste very good. Love the experience here. The massage chair were nice to enjoy too.

I really loved the hotel! It has a spa, which is fantastic, and the staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated, but that makes your Japanese experience so authentic! The rooms are spacious and have air conditioning, and there was a welcome drink and candy.

I super like this hotel, is like a home not a hotel.. although procedure keeping shoes in outside security box slightly troublesome but when u come in is in clean status and they prepare free ice cream which is delicious 😋 and udon but I didn't eat.. haha..
And you have refill water on lobby area
So is super good , really amaze with the amenities in the hotel and for room although is small but is clean and good quality and everything is in tidy condition.. thx hotel for provide all good...
Location also strategic because is just right opposite on our day tour gathering and nearby have one sushi outlet shiro which my husband like it very much..
And I do take the breakfast is delicious
I tried numerous times to contact them regarding sending my luggage in advance before I arrived, and they did not answer so I then sent a message on this app and after all of that, they refused my luggage and sent it back to where it came from. I found this to be very very unprofessional after I contacted them about this. They made contact with the courier company and had it resent as I had explained I tried numerous ways of trying to communicate with them about this matter, and unfortunately, I was not successful and in the end it caused quite a lot of stress.
Following this matter, everything went very smoothly, but the initial the first impression was not terribly positive.
It is conveniently located next to the Universal Studio and also a JR train station. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is very new and clean with all the modern electrical switches set up in the room. We love the hot bath facility which is big and can accommodate many without feeling crowded. The hotel is a bit far from the shopping districts in Osaka but it offers a quiet and enjoyable stay. There is a big indoor car park which makes it convenient for those who drive. We would stay at Liber Hotel again next time we are in the area.

AAnonymous UserWhenever we're in Umeda, the Hanshin Hotel is always our family's top choice. The rooms are spacious, and they even come with a decent-sized entryway. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Its location is incredibly convenient, with JR and Hanshin lines right outside the hotel. Just two right turns from the hotel entrance, there's a fantastic ramen restaurant with a very noticeable sign. Highly recommended!

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is super convenient, right near Exit 5 of Ebisucho Station. Just a short walk out of the exit and you're there! The only downside is that the exit only has stairs, no elevator, which can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel offers complimentary drinks, alcohol, and ice cream in the afternoon, and free late-night ramen, which is a really thoughtful touch. Plus, there's a hot spring bath! It's truly great, I'll definitely book again next time. 👍🏻
GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic. Close to universal studios, train station and lots of convenient stores. The room was small for three men but managed to make it work. The under the sea theme rooms are impressive and the window view good but if you want a better view go up to the onsen and you'll have a spectacular view of the city. For an extra few dollars give the onsen a try it is amazing

MMeiky FuThis is a historic Japanese-style inn. It's a 3-minute walk from Ami Station on the Nankai-Koya Railway. The environment is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable. Dinner is served in the room, and the dishes are elegant and delicious.
The indoor onsen (hot spring) is a small, simple bath.

GGuest UserConvenient walking distance to and from the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station serving the Chuo Line [C] and Sakaisuji Line [K], makes for an easy thoroughfare to all parts of the city, Umeda, and Universal Studios, too. Great amenities are its upper floor Onsen on the 14th floor, along with the swimming pool and gym facilities for an additional (2 700¥) per visit. Room size is fairly spacious for solo travelers, but opt for beds for two persons or couples. The hotel does not have laundry facilities though the nearest laundromat is about 6-blocks away. Very clean and open 24/24.
This hotel has a chapel inside on the second floor for those who are observant travelers (for Christian devotees). There are several other temples and shrines all within distance from the hotel itself. Accommodations are very good from a short stay to a business traveler’s perspective or personal experience within this part of Osaka’s financial districts. Very lovely places for returning visitors.
