"Very nice onsen hotel, onsen with good view but specific time period for male and female to use the pool with view at 11 floor. My dinner timing slot was specified to be  at 7:30-9pm but when a go in at 7:30pm sharp most other guests are already inside. At 8:30pm food are already gone!"

"It's located on a pretty steep hill, and there isn't much commercial activity around. You'll need to take a bus to get into the city center. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, conveniently named after the hotel itself. Make sure you get off at that stop; getting off even one or two stops earlier will mean a steep climb. It's not far from the summit of Mount Inasa, and there's a direct bus. If you miss the bus after enjoying the night view, a taxi back to the hotel is only about a 5-minute ride and reasonably priced. The hotel's own free rooftop observation deck is absolutely amazing, and enjoying a drink and the night view in the lounge is also very pleasant. There's a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Nagasaki Station. There's also a hot spring (onsen)."

"Beautiful hotel, view was awesome the moment we stepped out of the train at the station. Pleasant surprise that we got free upgrades to rooms with park view that was so stunning. We took many beautiful pictures of the view. The breakfast was very impressive as well. The staff was very polite and provided good service with smiles. We enjoyed our stay tremendously."

"I booked two rooms with my parents, a family of four. They were on the second and third floors. The receptionist took our passports and registered but ignored us. No one helped me move my luggage. Because there is no elevator, especially since the two elderly people are over 80 years old, they didn't ask us. They didn't greet us when they saw us in the morning, which is a downgrade in service in a Japanese hotel. There are two bathing areas. There are several corridors in the main building, where there is a small outdoor area. No bath towels are provided. Service - All the bartenders are professional, polite and friendly. The manager speaks good English and other colleagues are equipped with translation equipment. Communication is completely trouble-free and guests are provided with good service and a homely feeling. If you are traveling to the Unzen area of ​​the Minamoto Peninsula on Kyushu Island, Japan, you may consider the Unzen Kyushu Hotel."

"A pretty good hotel overall, but the hot spring management was a bit chaotic. There were a few ********* kids splashing around in the hot spring, which really ruined the experience. Other than that, the hotel was excellent, especially the value for money of the buffet, particularly dinner."

"Extremely convenient, just across the road from the station. Check-in isn't until after 3 PM, but you can drop off your luggage beforehand. The room, though a bit dated, was very clean and spacious. They also provide free water. We skipped breakfast since we were checking out early the next day. But the hot springs are fantastic! The open-air bath even offers a view of the Ferris wheel at Huis Ten Bosch. Highly recommend it!"
