Overall, its good for us, and definitely will come back.
Have to say it’s a nice and beautiful hotel. Did not try to use the Onsen as I have a full back tattoo. They do offer some sticker patches for 250Yen but that is if your have small tattoo.
We checked in late around 8pm. We asked counter if they could arrange breakfast the next morning. They replied it’s full. When asked if the same reception if she can arranged dinner. Again she said it’s full. But when I walk over and ask the restaurant directly. They invited me in. Not a very good service coming from the reception lady who just said no without checking.
So unless you like Onsen. You can opt for other hotel.

This hotel seems quite popular with Chinese tourists. Sitting in the lobby, I almost felt like I was back home, it was so noisy – probably all tour groups. The room was really small, and the heating was turned up way too high. The facilities are a bit old-fashioned. The window was surprisingly large, which is rare for Japan. Breakfast didn't offer much variety and the taste was just so-so. Overall, it was an average experience.
I was very impressed with this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, and the location was convenient for getting around. This was already my third stay here, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again next time.
Hotel was packed as it was the golden week.
Hotel has three paid parking blocks of space and is great for us driving.
Rooms are somewhat smaller than normal.
Housekeeping was not done as the reason given was they only top up and change towels and spa wear as we only stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Even though we place make up room and even rang them.
Had to bring the tiny rubbish bins out to the door.
Best thing is the comfy bed in the cramped room.
Notable friendliness and hospitality received from the front office man that speaks Chinese / English and Japanese. I think his name is pronounced as Jyo. He is joval, helpful and informative . He tried to upsell the rooms on the other block as well. He is a GEM to the organization.
The concerige and security team are friendly and nice but they speak little or no English.
We didn't take it as we felt that it didn't look any bigger than what we had.
The view from our room was insane, overlooking the lake. The room was a bit outdated but it served us well for our trip, though the bed was quite firm and springy.
The service was amazing, location was great for us as we had a car and the parking lot was a very short walk away.
The only downside is how overwhelming the buffet smells are but the selection is plentiful.
This was my third stay, and it was just as great as the previous times. I enjoyed watching the cruise ships and the sea, and loved the open-air onsen on the top floor. By coincidence, there was an earthquake during my stay, and it was quite shaky, but the hotel's emergency response was excellent, which helped everyone feel less nervous and worried!
Facilities: Excellent. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, better than many hotel buffets.
Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: It's very convenient to walk around and explore the area. The bay view is absolutely stunning.
Service: Very good. They even offer a pillow menu and aromatherapy choices in the evening.

I just realized I completely forgot to take photos of the room! It looked pretty much like the sample pictures on Trip.com.
Japanese hotels are generally small, and this one wasn't particularly spacious, but I could open up my 26-inch suitcase on the floor.
**Location:** It's at the end of Tanukikoji Shopping Street. It's a bit of a walk to Susukino and Odori Station, but there are plenty of great places to eat along the way. Ichiran Ramen, Katsu Ichi Sen Conveyor Belt Sushi, Soul Store Soup Curry, and Espresso D Works for brunch are all within walking distance. So, aside from when I was arriving and departing (when I'd take a taxi to Sapporo Station), I walked everywhere else to digest after meals.
**Cleanliness:** They clean every two days, which is acceptable.
**Facilities:** There's no bathtub, but the shower pressure is excellent and very comfortable. What's worth mentioning are their Pola toiletries – after using them, my hair felt incredibly light and voluminous, with no tangles at all. There's an outdoor onsen on the top floor, but I didn't get to try it, which is a shame.
Overall, it's pretty good value for money; the location is great, making it convenient for travel.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Exit 1 of Nakajima Park. It's super convenient to get to Sapporo Station and Susukino.
The hotel's onsen (hot spring bath) is incredibly comfortable; I made sure to go every day.
The room was a bit small but had everything I needed. My luggage was a bit hard to open fully. The view from the 17th floor was really nice. The front desk service was great. Just a heads-up, this room doesn't provide bottled water. You can drink the tap water directly, but if you prefer bottled water, you'll need to buy your own.

Great
LLiduoxiliaolinuolisiI'd call this unbeatable. First off, the front desk service was truly above and beyond my expectations. It was snowing heavily, and the bellhop was still waiting outside for guests to arrive, helping with luggage. The outdoor private onsen in the room was also exceptional; the view and atmosphere were incredible. The breakfast, with its unbeatable ocean view, topped it all off. I had a wonderful day in Hakodate!
GGuest UserThe hotel management is really poor. The public hot spring always has a sticky film on top, and there were foreign objects in the large pool where people lie down, almost cutting my skin. The worst part is that these things can't be removed. The day after soaking, my feet were incredibly itchy, probably due to a fungal infection. People with tattoos and whatnot were also soaking, and no one seemed to care. At 9 AM, staff members were walking around the hot spring area in outdoor snow boots, which was absolutely disgusting. And the funniest thing is, you have to take off your shoes when entering this hotel, and you're not allowed to wear slippers inside the entire hotel. I won't even mention the insufficient floor heating; walk around in socks for a bit, and white socks turn grey. Luggage can be wheeled through freely, so just imagine how dirty it must be. The dinner buffet was mediocre. I ordered a glass of red wine and had a headache all day afterward. The breakfast buffet the next day, however, was decent. I probably won't go back and hope they seriously improve their management. Don't tarnish the Tsuruga brand.
TTaidijunThis was my second stay at the Park Hyatt Niseko, and it seems the front desk staff was new this time. They made several mistakes, like sending us to the wrong building and getting our room direction wrong – quite unprofessional. On our third day, breakfast at the Chinese restaurant was poorly arranged; we were seated right next to the cart for collecting dirty dishes, which completely ruined our appetite. Otherwise, it was as excellent as ever! The housekeeping ladies were exceptionally good. After a day out, we returned to find our beloved teddy bear neatly placed on the pillow with a blanket over it – so thoughtful! And the teppanyaki was delicious as always!
GGuest UserThe hotel is new, modern and comfy for chilling or if you wanna to work from hotel😅.
There is shuttle bus service to nearby sightseeing points with different time frame.
Service provided by sending and picking up from those points are provided, which it is good for those whose family doesnt rent a car.
It is a farrrrrr sea view from the room but it is good enough in Hakodate.
Wlaking distance from JR station and bus interchange. there is a supermarket is behind the hotel which it is convenient.
XXINNKONGThe staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out.
The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from the tram station, which makes getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding food is never a problem.
The room was clean and well maintained, and the onsen was very nice and relaxing after a long day.
Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
BB.V.For us it is the second time in this wonderful hotel and every time it is like living a dream: it feels like being in a bubble thanks to all the well-being in which you are immersed. You are pampered by every service present and by the kindness of the staff, which makes you feel at home. The food is simply divine and you would just like to have a more spacious stomach so you could taste more and more. Nature is unsurpassed, every day you find yourself meeting spectacular creatures even just going out a short distance away. You will not find a similar place in all of Japan, where man meets nature in a perfect combination of balance, harmony and deep respect. We hope to be able to return a third time and relive this beautiful dream again. Thank you for everything Kitakobushi Shiretoko Hotel!

GGuest UserThis was my third stay, and I chose this hotel again because my previous two experiences were so good. However, this time was truly unacceptable. We arrived at the hotel around 11 AM. My daughter had injured her leg while skiing, so we asked the middle-aged woman at check-in if we could check in early. She said yes, but we'd have to pay for an additional day – what a rip-off! The funny thing is, they told us we could wait in the lobby until 3 PM without paying. The lobby was nice, so we decided to wait there instead of wasting about 1700 RMB. But then, to our surprise, we saw the staff taking our luggage and other belongings to our room much earlier, while we weren't allowed to enter. Crazy! On top of that, the Wi-Fi signal this time was incredibly poor, almost unusable. Reporting it to the hotel didn't help either; we had to use our own data. So, this stay was truly, truly, truly disappointing! Attached is a photo of my daughter in a wheelchair, and they still wouldn't let us check in early. That middle-aged woman was so inhumane!
TTutusThis was the most anticipated part of our entire trip, and it certainly didn't disappoint!
#Hotel Location: Excellent. It's right on the hot spring street, and behind it is the pier for lake boat tours (Happy Boardwalk).
#Hotel Service: They upgraded us to a large suite for free, and the view was absolutely fantastic. I loved the suite's layout, amenities, and the smart toilet. The outdoor hot spring faces the lake, and the male and female baths rotate at different times, so you can try them all (っ˘ڡ˘ς)♨️
The buffet was also good, and we additionally ordered a red king crab which was delicious. You can book many activities and experiences at the hotel. There's an outdoor shop called Siri on the first floor of the hotel where you can book activities like hiking and lake tours. My friend and I booked the night forest light show at the front desk. The only thing worth complaining about is how ugly the hot spring robes are – absolutely no desire to take photos in them!
AAnonymous UserI accidentally stayed at the Life Hotel! I like it so much😍It's very quiet, and the facilities and services are great! Suitable for leisure vacation! I only stayed for one night and still felt unsatisfied, and my family has been thinking about it all the time! Dinner and breakfast are also very good👌It is my favorite hotel in Hokkaido this time😍
