Hot spring Hotels in Taiwan, China

The hotel was clean and neat. The staff is friendly. They even provide service to place luggage if you reach earlier and u need to walk around after check out. My room was provided with a private tub with hot spring water. The room is big and cozy for couples and all basic amenities provided with no worry. I will come back again if I visit here again. It is a wow stay here.

The facilities was awesome, especially the public hotspring bath. But you need to remember to bring your swimsuit and swim cap when using the public hotspring bath in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent too! Highly recommended to stay in this hotel

Supplementary comment~The scenery is too beautiful🥺 We checked in because we were celebrating an anniversary! The hotel also helped with the decoration and provided a bottle of red wine which was very thoughtful☺️ I didn’t go anywhere, just stayed in the hotel and it was so relaxing☺️ There are so many different styles of dinner, but it’s a pity that people with small stomachs can’t hold so many things..😂 After eating, you can go to the play area to move around and throw a basketball to digest... I was so full that I played darts and pool 😂😂 It was so fun 😁 There was some incident at breakfast the next day that I won’t go into details~ But the hotel's handling method is very good. It takes our feelings into consideration! Tea was originally given to us as a gift, but we did not accept it at the moment. But when we checked out, the hotel staff personally gave us handmade bread from the hotel’s baking department and insisted that we accept it😀 I will still choose here next time I go to Nantou for vacation^_^

My wife and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We took the hotel 10-seater van (after breakfast) and small bus (after dinner) down to the city twice to tour the city and visit the hot spot tourist traps. We walked down to the nearby convenience store the first night to stock up on drinks (recommended). We tried the in-room hot spot twice as well as the public in-door hot spot once. We also tried the a la carte (recommended) as well as the set course meal (over priced) at the hotel restaurant. The free breakfast buffet is decent. Finally, we swam at the pool (right next to the public in-door hot spot) and tried the Mario cart-like racing and zombie killing VR games (free for one play each hotel guest per day). The hotel staff are courteous and professional, and their smiles are very welcome. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day.

This hotel is great and new in good condition. The hotel room is spacious, shower area and the hotspring tub are big. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great amenities, free mini bar, good locations with shops, convenience store and small local restaurants around the hotel. There is a game room, kids and adults enjoyed. Great service with good mannar. Breakfast are delicious, good Value will definitely come back.

It's a family hotel. Lots of people. In the mornings the restaurant is very crowded. Small hotspring pool and inside hotspring are nice. I had a room next to the parking lot. Not very inspiring.

It was my first time to go to the hotel and I felt very good. Everyone at the counter and lobby was very welcoming. I felt the warmth of Luodong people! The room is large, the swimming pool is excellent, the hot spring pool can be strengthened, but overall it is a plus! Breakfast can be served at 12:00, which is very suitable for people who get up late. I went to have brunch after swimming and soaking in the hot spring pool! The bar on the top floor is a bit poorly ventilated and smells like barbecue, but the food is delicious and it's worth staying here again next time!

Location of the resort was close to Xinbeitou station, so it is quite convenient. However, unless you want to spend time in the spa district or go westwards to Tamsui area, I would advise to live closer to the city centre. In terms of the room, it is spacious, but it felt quite old and dark. The robes they provided, although in a sealed bag, felt unclean and had a stench but luckily the bathrooms were fine. The bath was probably the redeeming feature of the hotel as it filled up quickly and was very comfortable to sit in after a long day of walking. The included breakfast is incredibly mid - hot food didn’t feel hot enough - but it is good enough for a light snack to start the day.

We loved our stay here. It’s the perfect hot spring for all kind of trips. Amazing for families too with perfect spots for youngest to enjoy. There is only one thing to complain: the quality of the food, we had breakfast (pretty decent), but lunch options are really limited, not much veggies to add in your plate and not very healthy options. Also, the cut of the meats weren’t the best, so the meat we tried was really hard to chew. The staff, specially in the main building are really helpful and kind. I

It provides plastic slippers, unlimited drink/ snack, clothes to change, basic skin care products (even mask!). And there is shuttle service from/to the train station. Excellently experience. No complaint at all.

The overall experience at Beitou Hotel Royal was pleasant at 3.5 stars out of 5.0, but it didn't meet 4.0 stars for me. Check-in is on the 6F, and then you get a room between 7F-10F. There looks to be 11 rooms per floor (number 4 is skipped). The massage and spa are on 11F while the public hot spring is in 12F, and is accessible either by elevator or by stairs. There are solo male and female hot spring areas, which are quite small and cramped (3 mini pools, 2 saunas), and then there's a larger male and female area, which is a lot bigger and more comfortable with two large pools but are at lower temperatures. There are also lounge 4 chairs to chill on and 4 long wooden benches to sit on. Unfortunately, you need to bring your own swimming gear for the latter part as they dont sell these there. Thankfully, the rooms are very spacious (rectangular shaped instead of square shaped) with the toilet and shower plus hot spring separated, which is the right way to do this. However, the toilet is quite small. The lighting could be better as could the a/c, but the in-room hot spring is just big enough for two adults. The room uses a lot of white so it doesn't feel too dark. Breakfast is on 1F, and it's to the right when you enter the building. Service is decent, and you can't beat the location as it's right near the MRT station so the in-hotel food doesn't have to be good. This spot is just a step down from Beitou Asia Pacific Hotel, which we only very recently went to.

Receptionist was kind to upgrade our room. They serve local breakfast. Mainly porridge, soya milk, coffee and tea with toast bread which was acceptable to us. There is a driver to pick us up and drop off from the train station. Was a great experience and values for money.

Location: Located around the Thermal Valley in Beitou, this hotel is a little further up than the cluster of hot spring hotels. Getting up is an uphill hike so do call the hotel beforehand for them to send a van for you (Black Electric Staria with the hotel logo). There are payphones located around Beitou and Xinbeitou Stations. Beitou Station waiting area: Exit 1 from Beitou MRT station towards Guangming Rd. You can see 3 bus stop signs. Xinbeitou waiting area: Outside Sushi Express. Service: Service is alright. If you don’t speak Mandarin, it’s a bit of a challenge. Service is good. They will try to help you. Cleanliness: Hotel is a bit dated so expect for it to not be the cleanest. Our windows open to nothing. It would be nice to have hot water that is not spring water for showers. Amenities: Hotel provided some toiletries. Drinking water provided (approach front counter). Hot spring available in room but in an enclosed area. No hot water available. Only spring water. No elevator - it was a challenge to climb stairs 😂

Location was near amenities and the train station. However, we were met with some mosquitoes. The receptionist was nice enough to change a room for us. Room is spacious, but I personally did not enjoy the toilet facilities. it was hard to get in and out of the shower (tub). when showering, water will get everywhere. Hot/warm water took forever to come out. water pressure not that strong. spring water coming out isnt hot.

We chose a Japanese-style tatami room. The room was smaller than expected. Basically, we couldn’t use the bathroom because we went to soak in the public pool. The supplies in the room were from Shi Shuya. All the drinks in the refrigerator were free of charge. The complimentary rice The fruit and pancakes are also delicious. The breakfast is small but beautiful, and the taste is refreshing and delicious. The view from the restaurant is the Beitou Hot Spring Museum, which is very beautiful. The hotel has free tea ceremony viewing and tea tasting. There are also many scenes for taking photos in the hotel, which is a very relaxing environment.

The staff are professional and courteous. The outdoor hot spring pool and swimming pool are very good. Children like it very much. It is well-equipped and parent-child friendly. There are many choices for breakfast. It is also convenient to Jiaoxi Street. It is recommended to stay here.

Good hot spring hotel in the town of Jiaoxi. Eateries around the hotel. 7-11 just near the hotel. Good public hot spring baths. Comes with good breakfast daily. Room is modern design. Rooms come with their own hotspot bath facility. Good to destress after long travels in Taiwan.

I have stayed at this hotel before. The bath type is very good and the luxury ocean view room was great. I deducted 1 point because of the breakfast isn’t as good as before. The breakfast dishes change every day. I would have preferred more western style dishes.

A must-stay hotel for hot spring bathing in Jiaoxi. Japanese-style exquisite attention to detail. It seems to have no decoration. Everything is hidden behind various wooden screens. Even the trash cans have to be hidden in cabinets and have to be sorted! The room is filled with the aroma of wood. The difference between the simple beauty of the hotel and Aman Kyoto is probably only a cypress bathtub, haha. The only pity is that I didn't book a room overlooking the Lanyang Plain. It would be good to book a room on the weekend. There is no residue in the hand-brewed coffee grinder, and no small details are missed [strong]

The room is small but fully equipped It is recommended to have a Bluetooth speaker in the room. It will be better to have some music while taking a bath. Evergreen Phoenix Hotel is an all-inclusive hotel. I took my family here to have a rest during the summer vacation. It lasted three days and two nights in total. In addition to taking a good soak in the hot springs in the room, the hotel also had other facilities such as swimming pool, spa, and afternoon tea, which made us completely relax. . The next day, they helped us tidy up the house, replaced all the supplies, and remade the bed very efficiently. This made the trip end very successfully.

There are too many mosquitoes in the spa pool, and the bottom magnet tiles cut their feet. Our whole family went to play in the water. There were 4 people who were cut their feet, and there was no locker. The dressing room was next to the door. It’s super cold to get up and wash, and it’s probably more difficult to bear in winter. 2. The hot spring water in the room is not like a hot spring, it feels like ordinary hot water 3. Hotel was just a 5mins walk away from the bus stop and 10mins walk away from the Shuishe pier. Service staff were polite and were able to advise on the bus to Taichung from Sun Moon Lake. Amenities in the resort is decent and the in room hot spring is awesome. The room looks a little dated though.
