This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

I almost missed out on this hotel because Trip.com said no children were allowed, but I called to confirm, and they do allow children.

Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

I was extremely satisfied with both the facilities and services at the accommodation. Outside is the Japanese-style street of Jinshi Wanxiang, which is very good to visit. If you drive, you can't visit all the attractions in the surrounding Golden Stone Beach in two days. It's a stay of 2-3 days. Service: After booking, the butler added WeChat. The service was meticulous. We brought our baby to check in, and specially arranged a large bed fence, which is not provided by most hotels. There are also barbecue plates and electric hot pots. The tableware is also very complete. You can cook by yourself with some ingredients and seasonings. There is also Zou Liguo nearby for takeout beef and mutton slices, so you don’t need to bring your own. I brought red wine, and I have a bottle opener. There is everything here. Everything you can think of and what you can’t think of is ready. If you need anything, just tell me on WeChat and it will be delivered immediately. Hot spring: It is a real hot spring containing sulfur. It is slippery after soaking. The temperature is very high and needs to be diluted with cold water. The pool is also very deep. The water can reach your neck when you sit in it. It is very comfortable, but it takes some time to drain the water. You can drain the water before you check in.
