"This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!"

"A perfect score for MaiLi Mountain Retreat! I came to Enshi Grand Canyon specifically to relax and chose this cliffside hot spring resort. I didn't want to leave after my stay.
I booked a private courtyard hot spring room. It had its own private courtyard and hot spring bath, completely independent of other guests, offering maximum privacy. After exploring the Grand Canyon in the evening, I returned to my room, filled the tub, and soaked in the hot spring. The mountain breeze and the chirping of insects accompanied me, isolating me from all the city noise – a truly therapeutic experience. The room design has a rustic wabi-sabi feel, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the entire mountain forest. The wood and stone decor is understated yet sophisticated. The room is fully equipped with a projector, smart toilet, and customized toiletries, ensuring a very comfortable stay.

"The price of 588 with breakfast during Chinese New Year was absolutely unbeatable. The room was built right by the water, with a balcony overlooking the lake – almost like a semi-overwater bungalow. The top floor had a high, pointed roof. The power outlets were well-designed, with both USB-A and USB-C ports, so you don't even need to bring your own charger. It was very quiet at night, perfect for stargazing. Even just a weekend stay here would be incredibly comfortable. There was a gentleman at the front desk with glasses who seemed to be working tirelessly whenever I saw him, whether it was 11 PM or 7 AM. He was quick to resolve issues and proactively helped with luggage. There's a small kids' playground with well-maintained facilities. I highly recommend trying the breakfast; both the variety and presentation were excellent, a great way to start your day. Perhaps they should consider adding the evening show to the package deal in the future?"

The resort is huge — so many activities and things to do that we didn’t even have time to try everything they offered. We spent a lot of time in the hot springs, and it was such a great way to relax and recharge. The service there was top-notch, and it felt very private and peaceful.
We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and it was amazing — the presentation, the taste, the service, everything was high quality.
Our two-story room was super cozy, spacious, clean, and had no weird smells (which we really appreciated).

"Come to the OCT Fantasy Valley to play this happy time, the location is really convenient, just a few minutes walk to the park. The room was clean and tidy, the whole house was intelligent, and the bathroom was comfortable with dry and wet separation. The front desk service is very intimate, there is free coffee afternoon tea in the lobby, and there are snack bars downstairs. "I'm a travel agency manager, and I was in Hubei to scout locations and prepare for summer and next year's products. I've stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns and have long-term partnerships with several, but this time the experience was really poor. 1. I booked a king room upon check-in, but the front desk gave me a twin room. I only realized this when I got to the room and had to go back to the front desk. 2. I needed to store my bioactive medication in a refrigerator, but the staff seemed completely unaware of the refrigerator's capabilities. I had to research the brand myself, manually move the refrigerator out of the cabinet, plug it in, and adjust the temperature. 3. The hotel breakfast was also quite poor, worse than a Ji Hotel. They didn't even have spoons for porridge; we had to ask a staff member for two before they brought us any. Many dishes were empty, and the yogurt was almost expired. The breakfast selection was very limited. 4. When we checked out, we were out scouting and didn't return to our room until around 1 PM. Because it was past midnight, we needed to reactivate our room key to clean up. After the front desk activated it, we arrived at the room door only to find it wasn't actually activated, so we had to go back. We were already pressed for time, and this added almost 10 minutes to the delay. 5. We found hair on the bed after checking in last night!! Overall, the Hampton Inn itself has branded facilities and decor, which are fine. However, the operation and service at this location are terrible."

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter.
It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

I booked a Yunyin room. Lying on the bed and looking at the fairyland shrouded in clouds and mist outside the window is really a great pleasure in life. . After climbing the mountain, soak in a hot spring to relax. If it is hot in summer, soak in the open-air swimming pool and count the stars in the sky. . . The hot pot dishes made by the inn are also very delicious. The service of the front desk sister and the kitchen aunt is particularly good, and the experience is very good. After returning, I kept recommending it to my friends and colleagues. . By the way, my chartered driver is also very good. He is a skilled and honest young man.

I booked a parent-child villa with a separate ocean ball pool and slides. The children liked it very much. There is also a separate hot spring pool to soak. The service is very good, responsive, pick up and drop off in time wherever you go, the butler is very good. The restaurant dishes are not too much, but the taste is not bad. Breakfast is self-service, you can feed the giraffe, 20 yuan a carrot. If you are not driving by yourself, you must make an appointment early, and you can't call a car temporarily. The environment is really nice, the service is attentive, and parking is super convenient, especially with the charging stations. We had a really good stay.
