"My recent stay at this five-star hotel far exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were very efficient with check-in and check-out, and they were all incredibly warm and helpful, promptly addressing any requests. The room was spacious and clean, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food. Overall, it's great value for money and perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure vacations. Highly recommended!"

"True to its reputation as a conference hotel, the property is grand and impressive. The room amenities are thoughtfully designed, and the staff training is exceptional. Special mention goes to Julia Xu, our concierge, who contacted me days in advance. She was incredibly attentive and thorough in understanding our needs, and her responses were remarkably prompt – it felt like she always had her phone in hand! Polite and patient, she made the first stop of our Hainan trip a delightful experience. It’s a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff; I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"A Hidden Gem in the Mountains – Huge Thanks to Lan Tingting! Our stay at Narada Resort & Spa Qixian Mount was absolutely fantastic. The location is stunning – right in the rainforest with breathtaking mountain views and the sound of nature all around. The highlights: · Exceptional Staff – A huge shoutout to Lan Tingting, who was an absolute lifesaver. She was available via WeChat around the clock and helped us with every single question and request we had. What made it even better was that she spoke excellent Russian, which made communication so easy and personal. · Private hot spring villas – soaking in natural hot spring water on our own terrace was pure bliss. · Great food – the breakfast buffet was divine, with an incredible variety to suit all tastes. The combination of stunning nature, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service made our trip truly memorable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique escape!🌿"

"This is an established hotel with a great view, directly facing the golf course greens. The service is excellent, and the water park is well-managed; you can freely enjoy activities like paddleboarding. Many hot spring pools are also open, and the gardens are beautifully maintained. Dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Yaoyue Ting, was quite good. We also tried the mooncakes provided by the hotel today, and they were delicious."

"We booked the family room for our kids. The room was absolutely fantastic! We left a note saying our son loves whales and boats, and the hotel specially arranged a blue ocean-themed room for us. Our child played in the room for a whole afternoon and evening, having an absolute blast. He kept playing hide-and-seek with grandpa in the airplane and boat structures. This room type is perfect for boys aged 4 and above, as it requires a bit more physical control. There were also educational toys in the room, keeping our child happily occupied for a long time. The hotel offers rice noodles and regular noodles for supper, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich. After all that playing, a bowl of rice noodles for supper and a hearty breakfast in the morning were just what he needed. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. Kids' slippers and toothbrushes were all provided. I had just driven for 7 days to Hainan and was exhausted, really not wanting to go out and entertain the kids. This room was truly wonderful, allowing the adults to rest while keeping the child happy. If we had more time, I would have loved to stay another day. For the kids' well-being, the room also had activated carbon and an air purifier, showing great consideration for little ones' health. Our child didn't even ask for TV or a phone in this room. My only minor issue is that getting to the room from the elevator involves an uphill and a downhill slope, which can be a bit challenging with heavy luggage."

"A transit hotel during the National Day holiday, it exceeded expectations! Although the facilities aren't brand new, they're perfectly adequate. The pool is beautiful, and there's a hot spring pool too. The travel photography service is also great value for money! Double Executive Benefits | First-line Seaview: The executive benefits were excellent. We went after 5 PM and there was a light meal available, which was enough to count as a full dinner. It happened to be during the National Day holiday, so there were even performances, which made the kids very happy~"

"I stayed for four nights, and apart from the slightly higher price during the October National Holiday, there were no other issues. The room seems to have been renovated recently; it's quite new and equipped with a dehumidifier. The soundproofing is excellent, and the balcony is also a plus. I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews before checking in, but I found it to be very good after staying. The butler service was also great; they promptly resolved any issues and even brought hot milk when the weather turned cold. In the evening, you can walk directly to the beach, and the pool facilities are good too; the kids had a blast."

"I'd wanted to visit this guesthouse since it opened last year, but never had the chance. This trip finally brought me here. Having experienced all the hotels in Qixianling over the years, I can confidently say that this guesthouse, despite having only seven rooms, clearly reflects the owner's dedication. It's absolutely fantastic! 👍 Let me start with the environment: the room boasts a 270-degree mountain view – and I mean a full 270 degrees! I wouldn't accept less than that. Lying in bed, you can directly gaze at the misty Qixianling. And the lush greenery, washed clean by the rain, is so soothing. The room's furnishings have a distinct local ethnic style. The bedding is very comfortable; if possible, latex pillows would be even better. Because it's a new hotel, the curtains and sheer curtains are exceptionally clean – another thumbs up! 👍 I don't know the brand of the bathroom toiletries, but they're clearly from a reputable brand, showing that they've invested in quality and attention to detail. The coasters on the vanity, the toiletries box, and even the trash can in the room were all made of walnut wood (I'm not sure if it's real walnut, but the color is walnut [laughing]). The hairdryer was a Dyson. The room's private hot spring bath was very clean and huge. Qixianling is a hot spring area, so this should be a genuine hot spring. Although I haven't stayed at Aman Resorts, I've seen it online, and I feel the environment here is comparable to Aman (hahahaha). I personally really like it. Regarding the service: From the moment we arrived at the parking lot, staff greeted us. During check-in, the receptionist was smiling and gentle throughout, and you could tell she was trained to high-end hotel standards. They upgraded us to the best room type in the guesthouse—room 303, with a 270-degree view. To my utter surprise, when we were getting ready to soak in the hot springs that evening, the staff brought us two huge tubs of traditional Chinese medicine bath water (literally two huge tubs, so thoughtful!). Breakfast this morning was delivered to our room; the selection wasn't extensive, but it was very refined, with soup, noodles, eggs, and fruit (actually, it was enough; we were quite full. Too much fancy food wouldn't have appealed to us). At lunchtime, when we checked out, a young man named Chen at the front desk ground coffee for us and even escorted us to the parking lot. It was truly a wonderful surprise. My eldest child has said ”This is so beautiful!” at least 30 times in the 24 hours since we arrived. Okay, that's all for now. See you next time!"

"Starting your day with breakfast at Hampton by Hilton Nanhai truly elevates your travel happiness! ✨ The food and beverage options are excellent, and the environment is simple yet comfortable. The meals cater to both northern and southern tastes, and it's rare to find such authentic Hainanese flavors – a bowl of freshly cooked Hainanese noodles truly captures the island essence. There's also a generous selection of Western pastries, salads, and fresh fruits. No need to rush; you can leisurely enjoy your meal and kick off a delightful trip to Haikou."

"We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them."
