Housekeeping Department: Disordered room, two suites of the same apartment are very divided into two floors, thrown into the corner of a center upstairs, opened the elevator corridor a heavy disinfectant smell... and this building has no bathtub
Finally, I changed the room to the main building. The air conditioner did not heat up and asked for an electric heater.
Food and beverage department: breakfast is very bad, and the amount is very small. When I go down to eat at 8:30, the usual pots are empty. The eggs, porridge and things I haven’t seen at all are gone. There is no noodles or anything. No one eats hot vegetable oil, and one person is 30."

"I highly recommend this hotel! First off, check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff member was incredibly sweet and helpful. She patiently answered all our questions about local dining and entertainment. Secondly, the room was spotless, and it even had a large soaking tub for hot springs – amazing! The housekeeping staff were also very professional. Plus, we got a late check-out until 4 PM, and they even provided pick-up and drop-off service from the high-speed rail station, which was incredibly convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Zhangye."

"I've been here many times before, but only for the bathhouse. This time, I decided to stay and use the bathhouse since I was just passing by. However, I was really disappointed. The room was only 17°C when I entered. I don't know if you felt cold, but the air conditioner wouldn't get warm enough even after running for a long time. In the end, I had to turn on the electric heater. The breakfast was just average. Overall, it wasn't as good as it was a few years ago. I no longer have the desire to go back!"
