The location is tucked away inside the ancient houses of Wenrufang in Sanfang Qixiang, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The traditional Chinese courtyard vibe is fantastic, and it's super convenient for exploring the alleys and lanes. The cleanliness deserves a special shout-out! The room was meticulously cleaned; no water stains or odors in the corners or bathroom. The bedding was clean and soft, and impressively, for an old architectural style, there was no musty smell. It gave me great peace of mind traveling with a child. The ambiance is typical of a new Chinese style within a traditional Minnan ancient house. The courtyard is elegant and serene, with wooden windows and lacquered art摆件 (decorations) that give it a scholarly feel. It’s quiet and not noisy, ensuring an undisturbed night's rest. The parent-child facilities are very thoughtful. They provided special toiletries for children, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds, catering to all the needs of families traveling with kids. The courtyard also offers Hanfu experiences and parent-child treasure hunts, which my child absolutely loved. The service was warm and attentive. The staff responded promptly, patiently addressing all our requests and communicating kindly and helpfully. Breakfast was a delightful surprise! There was a rich variety, catering to both adults and children, including many local Fuzhou snacks. The ingredients were fresh and light, perfect for children. Dining in the ancient courtyard setting truly amplified the experience. This is an excellent choice for a short family trip to Fuzhou. Next time we visit Sanfang Qixiang with our child, we'll definitely choose this place again!"

"I specifically brought my elderly parents to Zhangzhou Ancient City for a visit this time. Since they have mobility issues and need a wheelchair, I was worried about the inconvenience of travel and accommodation beforehand. I had been communicating with the hotel about various matters before our departure. To my surprise, our entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I genuinely give it a full five-star rating! The hotel's location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the ancient city. As soon as you step out, you're on the old streets and alleys, with all sorts of Minnan specialty foods and popular photo spots close by. It was incredibly convenient to explore with a wheelchair. While it was lively and bustling outside, the courtyard was serene and quiet. It's an authentic Minnan ancient house courtyard style, with an elegant and clean environment. The greenery was meticulously maintained, making for a beautiful and healing landscape. What touched me the most was the hotel's thoughtful consideration for guests with mobility challenges. The accessibility features were very well-implemented. The courtyard pathways were flat and smooth, with no steep inclines, making it effortless to push a wheelchair in and out. The corridors were wide and open, allowing for easy and stable passage. When the front desk staff saw us with our elderly parents in a wheelchair, they immediately came over to offer assistance. They were enthusiastic and meticulous throughout, with a warm and polite attitude. During check-in, they prioritized a low-floor room on the first floor for us, avoiding stairs and complex routes, which greatly facilitated the seniors' movement. The room was spacious and airy, spotlessly clean, with soft and clean bedding. The mattress was neither too soft nor too firm, making it exceptionally comfortable for my parents to rest. My family all said they slept very well. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the floor was anti-slip, with every detail considering the safety of the elderly. The hotel's service was so meticulous it was heartwarming. Knowing my parents had difficulty walking, the staff proactively slowed down their speech, patiently asked about their physical condition, and repeatedly reminded them to be careful on the stone paths in the courtyard. Throughout our stay, any request we had was met with immediate and quick responses. They were very enthusiastic about helping deliver items and assisting my parents. When we returned from outings, they would always proactively offer warm tea, asking if my parents were tired from their journey. Their sincerity and genuineness were truly commendable. After a tiring day of sightseeing, the hotel's natural hot spring, with its comfortable and gentle water temperature, was a great relief. Soaking our feet after returning helped us relax significantly. The breakfast selection was rich yet light, catering to my parents' dietary preferences. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. When the staff heard we had high blood sugar, they specially prepared low-sugar meals for us. From the service details, their warmth was evident in every aspect. I initially thought traveling with elderly parents in a wheelchair would be problematic, but thanks to the comprehensive facilities and warm service at Xiyue Hotel, our entire experience was beautiful, clean, with human-centered facilities and warm, attentive service. Every aspect was impeccable, and it offered excellent value for money."

"This trip to Fuzhou, I chose Mindu·ME Hotel, and my overall stay exceeded expectations. The location is very convenient, not far from the subway, which saved time traveling to Sanfang Qixiang and Wuyi Square. The hotel's decor is very stylish, and the public areas are great for photos. I booked a hot spring room; the room was spacious and very clean. The bed was just right in terms of firmness, very comfortable to lie down on and rest after a day of traveling. The hot spring tub experience was excellent; soaking in the evening really helped relieve travel fatigue. The smart home devices were easy to use, and food deliveries could be sent to the room by robot, which offered great privacy. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in/check-out was efficient. They responded promptly to any requests. For a room with a private hot spring in the city center at this price, it offers good value for money. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Fuzhou."

"A very delightful accommodation, although be aware there isn't much food available near by. Recommend taking some food with you. The buffet breakfast was ok, but cost extra. The pool and spa are also at an extra cost, and not very user friendly for foreigners. Check in was very good on first night, with night manager going above and beyond given that I had arrived late. Also, it was difficult for the taxi driver to access the reception area. My subsequent 'card activation' the next morning and other questions were met with unprofessional giggling, and a request for 'a good review' and no real assistance. However, my stay at this accommodation was very good on the whole. Great place for children, as there are many areas for play and fun. If possible get a room with a river view, the night scenes are stunning with colourful lights reflecting on the still waters. Make sure to visit the antique shopping streets right next door. So many gorgeous treasures!"

The facilities are high-tech and smart. I thoroughly checked the room, and it was very clean. Breakfast was also plentiful. This is the first time I've given a hotel a 5-star review! The service was incredibly thoughtful. Lainey Li from Shangri-La Putian provided exceptional service. The staff at check-in were friendly and the process was efficient. At check-out, they meticulously verified my information, showing professionalism and attentiveness throughout. My stay was excellent and I highly recommend it."

"The hotel is very new, it is a rare hotel with a certain scale in the ancient city, and most of the others are homestays. The decoration style is very good, one step at a time, the public areas including the hotel lobby and the corridor are very stylish. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the furniture is unique. A table and a chair are exposed to the beautiful Song Dynasty style, which makes people calm down without feeling in it. There is a small open-air hot spring pool in the hotel, the Yueting King Room is equipped with a small balcony, and the garden scenery is unobstructed. The room hygiene is very meticulous, and the toiletries are also upscale. The hotel hardware facilities are impeccable. I hope that after the partial renovation of the hotel is completed in time, the management and service level will be higher. The buffet breakfast meal variety can be richer. Such a hotel is definitely the best choice for staying in the ancient city again!"

"The hotel entrance might be small, but the room itself was excellent – spacious, very clean, and even had a smart toilet in the bathroom. The front desk lady was so kind; she upgraded me to a king-size room with a hot spring tub. After a soak, I felt incredibly relaxed; the spring water even had a faint blue tint. The manager was also wonderful, helping me with my luggage and even pressing the elevator button for me – truly great service. I had a fantastic time visiting Sanfang Qixiang, Shangxiahang, and Yantai Mountain. Plus, I got to enjoy the free 福州 (Fuzhou) subway service. Thumbs up to Fuzhou, its culture and tourism, and this hotel!"

"The hotel's location is good and parking is convenient. It has that classic old 5-star hotel vibe, but the room facilities are a bit dated, and it's not very soundproof. We booked two rooms but only received one welcome fruit plate. The shampoo and conditioner weren't replenished, and we had to call to get more. The staff service isn't particularly warm, just average. When I called ahead, a male staff member promised a free room upgrade if there was availability. However, upon check-in, even though there were clearly empty rooms, a female intern at the front desk said rooms were tight and an upgrade wasn't possible. Oh well, no big deal. The hotel breakfast is pretty good, with most of the local specialties available."
