"Beijing Wangfujing Courtyard with Private Hot Spring and Japanese Zen Garden Location: Nestled in a hutong off Dengshikou, it's quite unassuming from the outside. Very close to the subway station and not far from the main road, so getting a ride-hailing car is easy. Room Amenities: I stayed in the audio-visual room. It had a private hot spring tub, which was a good depth and size, and the water temperature was stable. You could look out at the courtyard from the window, creating a great ambiance - ̗̀(๑ᵔ⌔ᵔ๑) Room Size: The room was genuinely spacious. It's quite surprising to find such a large room and courtyard in an area where every inch is so valuable. Value for Money: At nearly 1000 RMB during the off-peak season, I think it was pretty good value, especially considering the private hot spring and the beautiful Japanese zen garden. WiFi: Quite strong and smooth. Service: The staff had a good attitude and were very responsive to requests."

From the moment you step into the lobby, the warm and professional reception at the front desk makes you feel warm. The guest rooms are elegantly and modernly designed, with all the facilities you need. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas with exquisite supplies. The daily room cleaning is meticulous and thoughtful, and even the corners are spotless. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the local characteristics of the freshly cooked stalls are amazing. What's more rare is that every employee has a smile on their face, and the surrounding routes planned by the concierge are very considerate. Both the hardware facilities and the humanized services are far beyond expectations. I felt reluctant to leave the store when I left. It is definitely a quality choice worth staying in repeatedly!"

"Hotel located in quiet area. Staff don’t speak English but we felt welcomed and service was warm. As a foreigner be ready that to use a hot spring you need to undress fully. The room had a big plasma TV with big selection of movies. Bed comfortable and nice. We had a nice time. Thank you"

"My recent stay at the Hiyatt Hotel in Beijing completely exceeded my expectations for a hotel stay😊 I particularly want to thank Ms. Zhang Lu, the Front Office Manager. Before I even arrived in Beijing, I contacted her, and she enthusiastically recommended authentic local dishes and practical tips to avoid tourist traps. This thoughtful gesture made me feel incredibly welcomed even before my trip began, giving me an early taste of Beijing's warmth. Upon arrival, from the sumptuous breakfast in the morning and the considerate evening refreshments, to the genuine smiles from the cleaning staff in the corridors and the timely reminders from the front desk colleagues via intercom, every step of my stay was filled with meticulous care and warmth. What truly moved me was an incident after checking out – I accidentally left some clothes in the wardrobe. Manager Zhang discovered them and contacted me immediately, extending their care beyond my stay. This commitment to responsibility truly defines what it means to make guests feel at home. Of course, the pursuit of perfection is endless. The bathroom door in my room (No. 623) was a bit inconvenient to open and close, and there's still room for improvement in the cleanliness around the waste bin. However, these minor details feel more like honest suggestions within a family-like interaction, and they certainly don't diminish the overall brilliance of the stay. If 5 is a perfect score, I would give it 4.9. The remaining 0.1 is my hope for the hotel to reach even greater heights in the future, and it's also my reason to return. I sincerely wish the hotel continued success and extend my gratitude to Manager Zhang Lu and her entire team!"

"The staff is friendly, when one of them saw that my daughter's slipper did for her foot, he proactively offered another pair to her. Have daily housekeeping service and breakfast was included. There are indoor areas with different facilities (unlimited drinks and drain ) and an outdoor area for children to play there, also hot springs and swimming pool. It is a nice place for families to stay."

"The service was ok, no one in the staff spoke English, but we were able to do everything with the translator and basic Mandarin. For some reason only one of us had free breakfast even when we were both in a double room. In general ok, its located in a mostly residencial neighbourhood (almost no shops) about 10 minutes walking from the metro station, but easy to find."

Despite opening in 1997, the facilities are comprehensive, and the environment, cleanliness, and service all maintain a first-class standard. The standout feature is the unforgettable butler service; the personalized, one-on-one attention makes you feel right at home. The 24-hour comprehensive butler team provides exceptional service, anticipating and fulfilling every guest's need. Our butlers, Jasmine, Parker, Alex, and Bradley, orchestrated a series of unique experiences, including the St. Regis's classic traditional ritual of champagne sabrage. This spectacular event took place in the gallery of the Danielli Italian Restaurant on the hotel's second floor, where guests collectively raised their glasses, savored exquisite champagne, and celebrated. The sabered champagne cork was then presented as a cherished keepsake. Dylan Zhao and Candie (灿灿) went above and beyond, waiting for our return even after we came back late from a football match at Workers' Stadium. As we opened the door, they were already there, ready to welcome us home with comforting warm honey-lemon water and hot peppermint Earl Grey tea, perfectly prepared for optimal flavor. Their handwritten cards were also a thoughtful touch, now treasured keepsakes. They truly made our St. Regis night wonderful, cozy, and unforgettable. While there's so much more I wish to express, my feelings at this moment are truly beyond words, deeply etched in my heart. This unforgettable St. Regis experience will forever be etched in my memory. I look forward to returning on August 25, 2025. My sincerest thanks once again to The St. Regis Hotel for everything."

"I love coming here every time I ski. The facilities are excellent, and it's where the Winter Olympics were held, so staying in the athletes' rooms is a unique experience. The service is also great. My child got sick while skiing this time, and Manager Wang Xiaojing handled it very flexibly, providing excellent service that made us feel so warm. We'll definitely come back again!"
