AAnonymous UserI was attracted by the pictures, but I was a little disappointed by this homestay in the ancient town. After all, you can stay in a very good hotel in Wuhu at this price.
Let's talk about the general environment of the ancient town first. It is said that tickets are charged on holidays. Few shops are open at night, and there are few people in the morning. It is said that there are performances, but there is nothing suitable for children after looking at the program list. Many shops are closed, and the streets with closed doors can also show that they were once prosperous. It should be good.
Let's talk about the hotel. The room area is OK and the environment is generally good, but my child is afraid of the slide and thinks it is too steep. I tried it myself and it was true, so I lost one of the fun of booking this room.
The breakfast is really incomparable to star hotels. It is matched by the owner himself.
I saw the reviews before that the small animals that can be fed were only empty cages. There was a cat. The baby could only play with the cat for a while. On the way to the room, I had to pass the cat house. The smell almost made me faint.
There are also advantages. In terms of service, the boss contacted in advance. When I arrived, the boss went to the door to pick up the tickets in person. There were several times in the middle when the remote control and bed sheets were replaced. The boss solved it quickly. The owner of the B&B is indeed very responsive to the guests' service and has a very good attitude. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful, the terrace is quite comfortable, and it feels good to sit on the terrace as the sun sets.
Overall, I gave it a score of four, and I hope it can be better. Or the price can be more affordable.

[Location] The location of the B&B is easy to find according to the navigation. It is in the village but very quiet and hidden in the wild. It is recommended to rent a car and drive by yourself.
[Environment] The whole environment is very good. I like the architectural design and materials, and the quality of the supplies is also very high. There is a small door in the B&B. You can see a small stream when you walk down. It is very good. You will feel much better after walking!
[Facilities] The hotel also has hot springs, which require reservations and the staff will prepare them. The hot springs are soaked in each room, and the privacy is very good.
The B&B has its own restaurant. I had a dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast set that came with the room. The breakfast was a set meal, which was very rich and satisfying!
[Service] I drank the tea brewed by the boss in the lobby. The tea I planted in front of the house + the mountain spring water drained from the mountain! The boss and the staff here are very nice. I have been recommending it to my friends during my stay.

MM31101****This hotel has the best heating! The bathtub water gets really hot and the shower pressure is fantastic. The mattress is super comfortable, and the projector works great. I loved sitting by the floor-to-ceiling window, sipping tea and enjoying the amazing mountain views. There's also a separate balcony, which is really convenient for drying clothes. The hair dryer is a Laifen, with powerful airflow and low heat – it's clear the hotel put a lot of thought into both the design and the selection of amenities. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe rooms here are very spacious, with separate areas for the shower, washbasin, and toilet. There's even a seating area for outdoor clothes. Upon check-in, the hotel provides complimentary hot spring tickets. We tried the one on the second floor, and it was genuinely good, around 47 degrees Celsius, very comfortable. There are about 5-6 outdoor pools; we found one exclusively for women. We just wrapped ourselves in the hotel's cotton bathrobes and headed down to soak. There's also an outdoor pool on the 5th floor, which I imagine would be lovely in the summer. The room's heating was incredibly strong; I had to turn it off in the middle of the night. Breakfast was plentiful, and the disposable toiletries were simple yet practical. My only minor complaint is that my room had a large glass window that couldn't be opened, though there was a small side window that could. There were no curtains, just blinds, and some houses across the way. During the day, to avoid being seen, I had to keep the blinds down and the lights on. Otherwise, everything else was great. It's also very close to the scenic area bus stop, less than 300 meters away.

LLenaCThis is a very beautiful house hosted by a lovely and warm family. There are a number of rooms here and they are all modern and thoughtfully designed for a wonderful and comfortable stay. We love our room selection that we even extended another night on top of what we booked. Huangshan is a beautiful place and the owner helped arrange to send us to the ticket counter to purchase bus tickets up the mountain. We also got a lot of helpful tips and advice from the owner and his family about where to go sightseeing and going up the mountains. We were also picked up after we descended from the mountains straight to the lodging. The lady boss cooks excellent dishes and there are so many dishes to choose from. The owners are very helpful and will try their best to assist in anything we asked. I highly recommend this beautiful house with wonderful and amazing owners to anyone coming to Huangshan. We will definitely return. 😊

GGuest UserWe had a really great time! The hotel called a driver for us and we have a super smooth experience getting around the town. Staff was SUPER nice. They provided maps for our Huangshan Mountain visit. Always offered cold water and breakfast. Helped us bring our luggage to our rooms, to and from car. Super friendly and enthusiastic. One of the hotel staff also keeps a pet dog on the premises, so if anyone is allergic, please keep that in mind. The dog does roam the hotel. But she’s very tiny and super well-behaved. Very cute!
It does seem like all the rooms are on the third floor so if anyone comes with super heavy luggage, please do keep that in mind.
Rooms were super clean, had plenty of amenities and the small town area around the hotel had so many shops and food. Night time is very eventful. You do hear the night life in the rooms but it didn’t really bother us. If you’re sensitive to noise, please do keep that in mind.
I would definitely recommend. Overall great experience!

The old house in the village was rebuilt. The room decoration materials can be seen to be more particular. The overall style design is very Huizhou! Breakfast is OK compared to its homestay type, the ingredients are good! Parking is convenient, the pool is a little shallow, but the children have fun! The water in Lixi is too clean, the dinner at the hotel tastes good, and the price is slightly more expensive. I will come to play in the water next time, sleep is very quiet, I will choose here next time!

Rruby mcralThe hotel is nice, and the service is warm and attentive. It's also very clean. They even upgraded us when they saw we had a child with us. The hotel's main theme is culture, and when I booked, I saw it was Zhu Zhishan's former residence. But once we arrived, we couldn't find a single word about the house's history anywhere in the hotel. There was a book in the room, but it only introduced the history of the village.
I went to the front desk to ask about the history of the house, and the lady said, ”We don't have any history here~ It's definitely not historical, just a normal house.” XSL~ (This is likely an abbreviation for '笑死我了' - 'LOL/made me laugh so hard').
Overall, I still highly recommend it.

The room itself was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, featuring well-arranged furnishings. The bathroom toiletries were mild and non-irritating. Housekeeping arrived punctually every day, promptly replacing amenities and even thoughtfully organizing items on the desk. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, including hot dishes, pastries, porridge, and fresh fruit; the ingredients were fresh, the flavors delicious, and the dining area clean and orderly. This was an absolutely flawless stay.

Mmaggie_nanBooked two rooms, one of which is a mountaintop villa. You need a shuttle bus to go back and forth, but the phone in the room is just a decoration without a telephone line. I called the front desk on my mobile phone. It should be during the May Day holiday. No one answered the phone after calling several times. I had to stop a car on the way. The breakfast time in the morning was even more exaggerated. I have been to so many tourist cities, but only this breakfast was over in 5 minutes. It was extremely chaotic and there was no seat. The waitress put on gloves to clean up the leftovers and then took the clean chopsticks and put them in the chopstick basket🤮.
