"This is my second time staying at this hotel, purely because of its location. For its spot, the amenities still offer great value for money. However, this time I booked a king room and was given one facing the street. My much-anticipated holiday, a relaxing mountain escape in southern Anhui, was ruined by a night of noise. I understand that the Yellow Mountain entrance/exit sees a lot of traffic, but the reality is I didn't sleep a wink. I'd suggest upgrading the windows on the street-facing side to high-standard, soundproof ones – it would make a real difference. The breakfast selection also seemed a bit limited. Overall though, it's still consistently good and remains one of the top-tier options in this town. These are my honest thoughts, hope they're helpful."

"I first discovered Shili Lili (Hongcun Qingmei Academy) during the Chinese New Year in 2019. It was my mother-in-law's first time staying in a B&B, and she absolutely loved it. She'd wake up early every day to stroll around the courtyard, and every staff member she met greeted her warmly. It felt much more personal than a hotel. This was my second stay at Shili Lili. I originally came for Xixinan, but ended up finding myself most comfortable just relaxing here. Even though it's an old house, the rooms are spotless and pristine. The bedding is super comfortable, without any strange odors or dampness. Every staff member is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening desserts are all thoughtfully prepared. Hotel near Mount Huangshan,Huangshan City
No. 1 of Hot Spring Hotels in Huangshan Scenic Area
Xiangyuan Yungu Hot Spring Resort is perfectly located at the gateway to Huangshan Scenic Area, just a 3-minute walking distance from Yungu Cableway. Guests can avoid exhausting early-morning rushes and enjoy a slow, relaxing mountain vacation and hassle-free hiking experience. The resort features exclusive open-air mountain hot springs, nestled among bamboo forests and granite mountain views. You can soak in natural warm spring water surrounded by serene valley scenery, relieving hiking fatigue and embracing peaceful mountain leisure. Boasting top-tier design credentials, the hotel inherits elegant Hui-style architecture and profound thousand-year Huizhou cultural heritage. Originally designed by renowned architect Wang Guoyu, the resort was refurbished and upgraded by the world-famous international design studio CCD Hong Kong, perfectly integrating traditional oriental aesthetics with modern upscale comfort. Highly praised by global guests, our on-site restaurant serves authentic Huizhou cuisine. All dishes adopt fresh local mountain ingredients and inherit ancient Huizhou cooking techniques, offering an immersive taste of authentic Huizhou local flavors.

"Service: It was okay, though there were a bit few staff members. Environment: Located right by the Yungu cable car behind the South Gate, the surroundings are beautiful. Facilities: For a hotel in the mountains, it's acceptable. You need to be careful with the items in the room, as each item has a clearly stated compensation price for damage. For example, a speaker costs 2800, though I didn't even see one in the room. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so I ate most of my meals at the hotel. The variety was limited, and the prices were quite high. Hygiene: I have to complain about this. I went there specifically to soak in the hot spring after hiking, but the outdoor pool was full of ants, big and small. I mentioned it to a staff member, and they actually told me that's how outdoor areas are. I said the ants were crawling all over me, and the staff member told me not to lean on the edge and go to the middle of the pool, and then there wouldn't be any. I was completely speechless. I guess it was my fault for going during the day; maybe if I had gone at night, I wouldn't have seen them, or maybe the ants would have been asleep. My whole body felt itchy after soaking, but I'm not sure if it was just in my head."

"We had a really great time! The hotel called a driver for us and we have a super smooth experience getting around the town. Staff was SUPER nice. They provided maps for our Huangshan Mountain visit. Always offered cold water and breakfast. Helped us bring our luggage to our rooms, to and from car. Super friendly and enthusiastic. One of the hotel staff also keeps a pet dog on the premises, so if anyone is allergic, please keep that in mind. The dog does roam the hotel. But she’s very tiny and super well-behaved. Very cute! It does seem like all the rooms are on the third floor so if anyone comes with super heavy luggage, please do keep that in mind. Rooms were super clean, had plenty of amenities and the small town area around the hotel had so many shops and food. Night time is very eventful. You do hear the night life in the rooms but it didn’t really bother us. If you’re sensitive to noise, please do keep that in mind. I would definitely recommend. Overall great experience!"

"I visit Mount Jiuhua every year for pilgrimage, and my stay at the Holiday Hot Spring Hotel this time was fantastic! The hot spring water was wonderfully warm and soothing; after a soak, I felt completely relaxed and all my fatigue melted away. The hotel's location is convenient, the environment is peaceful and quiet, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. Hotel near Yongquan Tourist Area/Tonglingbei Railway Station,Tongling
"1. Poor Soundproofing (Structural Issue) The room C13-1308 shares a wall with the next room (or the one above), and normal conversations can be heard clearly. I suspect this scenic area was converted from an unfinished building project. 2. Greasy Food, Unpleasant Taste Both the hotel breakfast and the restaurants outside were too greasy and didn't taste good. I've had the hotel breakfast for two days now, and there are hardly any green vegetables. There's only one small bowl of greens at the noodle/vermicelli station, and once it's gone, it's never refilled... Whether you can get some seems to be a matter of luck? They can't keep up when it's busy. 3. Inadequate Night Tour Services The scenic area is open until 10:00 PM, but supporting services like games, drink shops, and convenience stores close earlier, leaving no amenities for night visitors. 4. Insufficient Downhill Signage and Safety Concerns Downhill signs are few and not clearly visible, and the lighting is inadequate, much worse than the uphill lighting, posing safety risks. 5. Inflexible Check-out Time (12:00 PM) The check-out time is too early (12:00 PM), while check-in is at 2:00 PM. This is inconvenient for inter-provincial travelers, especially those with children, making time management awkward, particularly concerning showering and safety. 6. Limited Accommodation Capacity/Capability The overall arrangements seem more geared towards short-haul, provincial visitors, resulting in a poor experience for inter-provincial or family travelers with children. 7. Comparison and Recommendation The author suggests prioritizing a stay at the Liqiao Scenic Area in Tongling and expresses regret about choosing Yongquan Town."

"1. Facilities: The decoration of the homestay is modern and simple, with complete facilities and an outdoor swimming pool. The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, soft mattresses, separate bathroom dry and wet, and stable hot water. There are tea rooms, cafes, fresh beer in the public area. Viewing terrace, free parking. The charging pile is perfect, the courtyard is clean and good to take pictures, and the facilities are complete and not simple. 2. Service: The boss and clerk are warm and easy-going, and they will be delivered to Jixian local tea when they arrive. Breakfast is an authentic farmhouse meal. Take the initiative to inform the niche hiking route, there is a need to be on call, and the details are particularly warm. There is a barbecue at night. Barbecue is freshly cut meat, outdoor stage, you can sing 🎤. 3. Play around: The location is excellent, 30 minutes drive to Shuimo Tingxi, 10 minutes to Yulin Dam, 20 minutes to Qinglongtan rafting, 40 minutes drive to Chaji Ancient Town, one stop to visit the landscape, play in the water, visit the ancient town, travel super worry-free. Very good value for money, next time you come to Jixian, you will still live here!"

"This B&B is pretty good! The front desk staff was very welcoming and even added me on WeChat for easy communication. They offer transfers to and from Huangshan Mountain, which was really convenient. Booking a time slot for the hot spring bath was also a nice touch, though the water was incredibly hot – it started at 42 degrees Celsius and then went up to 44 degrees, which was just too scalding to stay in. Our room also had a large circular bathtub. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out, and the breakfast was decent too. It's a great spot for families."

The homestay is adjacent to the South Gate Transfer Center, located in the bustling South Gate Central Business District. The homestay is cozy and comfortable, featuring smart home devices, HD projection, and premium bedding. We offer a variety of tourism support services, including free travel route recommendations and discounted ticket bookings for scenic spots at the mountain base. Complimentary parking is also provided. We look forward to your stay!

"Couldn't believe there was such a high-value guesthouse so close to the scenic area! The room was even better than the pictures – spacious and bright, with excellent hot water pressure. A hot shower after hiking was pure bliss. The location is super convenient, really close to the transfer center, which saved us a lot of hassle. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly down-to-earth; her recommended routes and restaurants helped us avoid all the tourist traps. We had such a relaxing and budget-friendly trip! She even contacted us on check-in day to ask if we needed a parking spot reserved or carpooling. The carpooling was only 35 yuan per person, which is incredibly good value, especially since we heard that ride-hailing apps aren't reliable there. The carpooling driver dropped us right at the guesthouse in a comfortable business van, saving us so much trouble – otherwise, we would've had to take a bus and then a taxi. It was absolutely fantastic! The guesthouse also offers free trekking poles. The owner sent us all the routes and an electronic guide map, which saved us time and effort while hiking, and we didn't miss a single photo op. The only minor downside was the heavy fog at the summit when we visited, but it offered a different kind of beauty. We'll definitely be back! Must give it a five-star review!"

I was attracted by the pictures, but I was a little disappointed by this homestay in the ancient town. After all, you can stay in a very good hotel in Wuhu at this price. Let's talk about the general environment of the ancient town first. It is said that tickets are charged on holidays. Few shops are open at night, and there are few people in the morning. It is said that there are performances, but there is nothing suitable for children after looking at the program list. Many shops are closed, and the streets with closed doors can also show that they were once prosperous. It should be good. Let's talk about the hotel. The room area is OK and the environment is generally good, but my child is afraid of the slide and thinks it is too steep. I tried it myself and it was true, so I lost one of the fun of booking this room. The breakfast is really incomparable to star hotels. It is matched by the owner himself. I saw the reviews before that the small animals that can be fed were only empty cages. There was a cat. The baby could only play with the cat for a while. On the way to the room, I had to pass the cat house. The smell almost made me faint. There are also advantages. In terms of service, the boss contacted in advance. When I arrived, the boss went to the door to pick up the tickets in person. There were several times in the middle when the remote control and bed sheets were replaced. The boss solved it quickly. The owner of the B&B is indeed very responsive to the guests' service and has a very good attitude. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful, the terrace is quite comfortable, and it feels good to sit on the terrace as the sun sets. Overall, I gave it a score of four, and I hope it can be better. Or the price can be more affordable.

My stay at Luming Valley Hotspring Holidays B&B exceeded every expectation from the moment we drove up the hill. My husband and I stayed in the Mountainscape Terrace Mountain View Suite, which genuinely felt like a 5‑star hotel room. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fully stocked mini fridge, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The smart controls operated by “Xiao Bao” were a fun and convenient touch. We were completely blown away and honestly wished we could have stayed in the room forever. Even before our arrival, the staff communicated with us via WeChat to ensure everything went smoothly. We were able to speak with an English‑speaking staff member who took care of every detail for us—booking the hot springs, arranging breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, and even offering to help us get to the train station on our last day. Their attentiveness went far beyond anything we’ve experienced at other hotels. We were even given a thoughtful bag of gifts upon departure. Because the hotel is quite isolated, we ate all our meals on-site. The cuisine is Chinese, which isn’t usually my preference, but everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented with great care. A standout was the afternoon tea we enjoyed on our second day. We could choose to dine in our room or at the restaurant, which was perfect depending on how we felt each day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot springs. There are four in total, and we used the two located higher on the hill, which offered an incredible view—even on a cloudy day. The temperature was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff assured us that each pool is drained and refilled after every use, which gave us great peace of mind. Soaking in the hot springs in the heart of winter, surrounded by Huangshan’s beautiful mountains, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is about an hour from both Huangshanxi and Huangshanbei stations and easily reachable by car or Didi. Due to the weather, we didn’t visit the mountain scenic area, but the staff were more than willing to help us plan if we wanted to explore the surroundings. This was truly a 10/10 stay. The staff make you feel like you’re the only guests there with their warmth and attentiveness. The design and architecture are stunning, and the hotel even smells amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would rank this among the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a perfect romantic getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. I can’t wait to return!

The surroundings are lovely, and the air is fresh. The small pool by the entrance, though closed in winter, houses little fish and turtles, making it a great spot for kids to relax. The duplex room is very spacious and well-equipped, perfect for families of all ages. The shower and hot tub were incredibly comfortable, and there's even a laundry room on the fourth floor. But the highlight was definitely the service! On our first day, we had to get up at 5 AM to climb Huangshan, and the owner had already prepared trekking poles, raincoats, and portable breakfast for us, dropping us off at the bus stop right on time. We were lucky enough to catch a rare sunrise on the mountain that day. The breakfast on the second day was incredibly rich, with over a dozen options, and they even prepared steamed eggs especially for our baby. We casually mentioned how delicious a certain side dish was, and when we checked out, the owner gave us a big bag of it, along with some local specialties and homemade dried bamboo shoots. This stay truly gave us that unique 'home away from home' feeling that only a guesthouse can offer. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're near Huangshan. Wishing the owner great success!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Likou, Qimen. Nestled in the heart of nature, the location is serene, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The surrounding landscape is lush and beautiful, making it an ideal retreat from busy city life. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent service provided by Liang Hao at the reception. From the moment we made our reservation, he was incredibly helpful, providing detailed information and answering all our questions promptly. During our stay, he continued to be attentive and welcoming, ensuring everything went smoothly. A particularly memorable moment was enjoying a cup of local tea offered by Liang Hao in the hotel’s beautiful tea room. The atmosphere was warm and authentic, and it added a truly special touch to our experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking tranquility, nature, and outstanding hospitality. 谢谢你们的热情款待!

The hotel is conveniently located near Hongcun, about a 7-minute drive away, and the Xiuli Scenic Area is also nearby. There's an underground parking garage, so it's very convenient for those traveling by car. This is a very well-designed hotel; the corridors and courtyard arrangements are full of thoughtful details, making every photo Instagram-worthy. The facilities are also outstanding – I always give high marks to hotels that provide washlets in every room. What truly deserves the most praise is the service. My father had a toothache and wanted to eat rice porridge with vegetables, which wasn't on the menu, but they proactively offered to prepare it for him. They even checked in on him during subsequent meals. The cleaning staff also offered caring advice. And the thoughtful souvenir given at checkout – these personal touches truly enriched our trip and made it unforgettable.

Booked two rooms, one of which is a mountaintop villa. You need a shuttle bus to go back and forth, but the phone in the room is just a decoration without a telephone line. I called the front desk on my mobile phone. It should be during the May Day holiday. No one answered the phone after calling several times. I had to stop a car on the way. The breakfast time in the morning was even more exaggerated. I have been to so many tourist cities, but only this breakfast was over in 5 minutes. It was extremely chaotic and there was no seat. The waitress put on gloves to clean up the leftovers and then took the clean chopsticks and put them in the chopstick basket🤮.
