Was a very decent hostel, lovely receptionist and the room was clean - just a few mosquitoes coming in through the bathroom. The internet worked very well too, and it’s close to the centre so perfect if you are in transit and want to make most of Hatyay. The night market is the most recommendable thing to do in this small city, but would recommend to take taxi at least one way as it’s further that it seems on the map. Before going to bed we went to have a massage in the shop at the hostel, not sure if it’s their shop. This was the worse massage I had in Thailand, not just because they seemed lazy but also because they continuously talked between each other and laughing, so how can you possible relax and enjoy? Good for the Hostel, bad for the massage shop.

The hotel is new. The room is huge and super clean. Room with balcony with a park and main street view. Plus point, you can enjoy Netflix in your room for free. Inside the room, you will be served with free snacks + coke. Nearby, a walking distance to 7e (a big and less crowded outlet) Just right next to hotel, there is a self service laundry shop. Walking to Lee Garden will take about 10-15min. Shower water pressure is awesome and hot & cool function well. Minus point: The property got no elevator. You need climb up to 3rd floor.

Location is good, hotel ground floor so warm because they provided tables and chairs, travellers can enjoy their dishes together at ground floor, or chill as well. But my room air conditioner was so bad, not cool at all, size of the room was perfect, enough space. Cleanliness need to be improve, my room have some ant. Overall, recommended. Oh ya, for those who drive car, car park is behind the main entrance. You may park your car there and there is a door for yours to enter the hotel lobby, no worries

Very very nice. Good water pressure. Good amenities. They provide umbrella. Good location. Just say to your tuk tuk driver it’s near to Neo. They will know. Very clean. Need to climb stairs though. We booked the 8 dorms for our family so we have private bathrooms and toilets. They provided hair dryer, iron, microwave, refrigerator and tv in the living room. Very nice place to stay. My first stay in hostel. Good first experience.

Great little hostel for a night or two if you’re passing through. Walking distance from both the train station and the busses. Night market also only a few streets away. There are plenty of food and beverage stores and a 7/11 near by and a self serve laundry also.

A truly tranquil hostel in the midst of Songkhla. If you're searching for a place to truly relax, discover yourself and search your soul, look no further. My gentle longings for love, life and adventure were rekindled in this magical place. It is a place for soul searching and self re-discovery. The owner is full of humility and grace. He reminds me of a long lost uncle of sorts. Full of wisdom, and colorful life experience. An architect by trade, he structured the Hostel to feel like a serene, meditative home-away-from-home. After staying for more than 10 days, I've fallen in love with the atmosphere of Songkhla, the small town vibes, and this hostel.
La Pause Hatyai

I visited as part of a few days trip to Malaysia and Thailand. The hotel was a bit difficult to find as our Malaysian driver was not familiar with the area, and the hotel front is not that easy to spot. But once we found the place we were impressed. Fantastic service attitude from the staff, the design was quite unique, and the lobby and rooms were spotless. The staff was also able to recommend some excellent eating places in the area. We were very happy with our stay. There is also a cosy cafe in the hotel which serves excellent cakes and coffee as well. However, as there is no lift and the stairs are steep, I would not recommend this to families with children below, say ten, and people that cannot climb stairs.

This hostel was a nice find... friendly and quick check-in, small room with a bunk bed but very clean and with a view, as I was on the top floor (there's no elevator but I surely can use the exercise), bathroom is shared but also very clean, with toiletries provided...fast wifi...good location within easy walking distance from the railway station

Hat Yai Market Area
The first thing about this hotel is The owner is cute and very friendly. Check in early. Because on the day of booking the room, you only want to shower and sleep, wait for the time to board the plane, and want to buy things at the Asian flea market and Greenway market. Accommodation is very close. Just walk out of the alley. Just a little bit and it's very close to transportation. The owner gives knowledgeable advice. About traveling as well. I'm impressed here. If you ask about cleanliness, there might be some slight problems because of the younger man who is the owner. Being a teenager, many people may not like it. They'll say that it's too much praise, haha. It's worth the price, at a price of over two hundred. Because we continued our journey and did not stay overnight. So I can't answer all of them. But what was very impressive was that we made a mistake by booking twice, overlapping, because we just used the app for the first time. But the hotel returned it. Hey, if you've already reserved it, it can't be returned. At first I made up my mind. Request to change the wrong booking date It was a stay on the day of the return trip to Malaysia instead, even though I could have gone back, but the owner of the night I booked was wrong. and let you stay early Check-in makes an impression.
