I'm stayed at the spacious mixed suite . It is low season so only 4 people showed up. And we have our own bathroom. With the blackout curtains it is pretty private. Shower is nice and hot. Bring your own towel and padlock. Location is good, there are bus and trams right across the street. Can also walk downhill thru alfama district for 28 mins to the main square which I enjoyed very much. Highly recommend.

Exactly located in city centre, it is very convenient. Restaurants, bar, coffee shops, supermarkets, metro, bus, shopping are nearby. The staff are very helpful, nice and friendly.
The hostel is having great atmosphere and good vibe especially living rooms and kitchen. The shared room is great and having all common facilities that we need plus individual fan, socket, light, locker and curtains. Also, they are providing free breakfast everyday. Need to pay for the towel 2 Euro for each and hair dryer is available for free at the reception.
The hostel is wooden floor and a bit noisy during the night. The rooms next to the street might get some noise from outside. Only 2 toilets and 3 showers for shared dorm but fine.

The stairs are long and the service counter is on the fourth floor for a long time;
The hotel is located in the sightseeing area and there are stations nearby, but the smell of oily smoke in the nearby restaurants is very heavy.

Good location near metro and tram station with convenient access to all places of interest.Room and bedsheets are clean and locker is large enough to store your belongings.Room opens to a balcony and room ventilation is good. Kitchen facilities are adequately provided. Toiletries are also provided but not towels. Hostel has been renovated so everything is new. Highly recommended.

Loveeeeedd the green heart hostel! Starting off they accommodated our early arrival. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful when it came to finding places to go, eat and answering any other random questions I had. This place is not far walking distance to some great places. Would definitely come back and stay here if I visit Lisbon again!

The rooms and bathrooms are quite new, clean, and bright. The lobby is very comfortable and has a water dispenser, plus you can store your luggage for free. The location is in a bustling area, very lively at night with many pizza places, burger joints, and bars. There are also many shops near the hostel, including several famous trendy brands, making the location very convenient.
The downsides are that there's absolutely no place to hang clothes in the room, and the storage space under the bed is inconveniently designed and hard to use. The bathroom also lacks any storage.
Overall, I still highly recommend it. They provide towels and shower gel, and hairdryers can be rented at the front desk. You can't eat outside food in the lobby, but you can eat in your room (no alcohol).

A joyous hotel.
The bed was very comfortable, clean, the location was very good, there was a subway and train station next to it, and it was very convenient to travel.
The front desk was very welcoming, especially Alicia and Ramon, so that the solo traveler felt like going home.
Very recommended!

Great location and the best thing is that it was social, had a nice kitchen and water fountain, as well as games and an outdoor area with BBQ and sky hammock. The only thing was it did smell in some areas (luggage area and room)

AAnonymous UserThe room with bathroom inside the room with balcony.
No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy.
There is elevator, no problems with luggage.
There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
GGuest UserThe facilities are really good, the hotel is very well located (facing a viewpoint overlooking the city), and everything is designed with the traditional hostel traveler in mind. The breakfast is also very good and varied. After that, as always, it depends on who you end up sharing a room with. I would definitely choose it again if I'm looking for a hostel.

SStudentOverTheSeasstaffs are very welcoming. the location’s quite good as there’re supermarket, cafes and tram stations (line 28) nearby. the luggage storage is just putting your luggage on the floor, which feels not very safe. Also, someone who stayed there disturbed us RIGHT after 11pm saying that it’s the hostel’s resting time. but overall it was a good stay
GGuest UserI regret booking this hostel immediately after enter the room. Room is too small and air circulation is not good. Not enough spaces to place personal belongings. I booked here based on the high reviews score but I think it is overrated. I hurt myself when I squat down to close the metal drawer. It has some sharp edges. Breakfast is okay if it’s is included in the booking. If buy it separately at 9 Euro it’s overpriced.
