"We weren't very impressed with the service. Our flight was at 22:50, but the hotel doesn't offer a late checkout option, so we had to pay for a full extra day. For some reason, beach towels are not free—they charge $20 to rent one, $5 for each subsequent wash, and a $15 deposit. Towels are generally a hassle at this hotel; when we asked for fresh room towels, the maid said there were none clean and we had to wait until 17:00 for them to be washed... 🤷♂️.. On the bright side, the food and dishes deserve praise—the meals are delicious, service is fast, and the waiters are friendly. The beach has grey sand and isn't very photogenic.. 🤷♂️.. To sum up, the hotel is okay for a two-to-three-night stay, but it's not worth the money."
