"Location: Superb! 👍🏻 Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is right downstairs. It's only a 5-minute walk to the Avenue of Stars for Victoria Harbour views. The commercial area is well-developed, making it convenient to go anywhere. Environment: Given the price, I initially thought Haiphong Mansion might be an older building, but it was surprisingly clean, and the floors were well-maintained. Everything was organized, and despite being in a bustling area, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful! Truly rare. Food & Shopping: Eating, drinking, and entertainment are super convenient. Shopping 🛍️ and tourist attractions are just downstairs. You'll find everything from local cafes (Bing Sutt) to Japanese cuisine and BBQ, and it's all very affordable – excellent value for money. Room Environment: Clean and tidy. For this location in Hong Kong, especially during the National Day holiday, a clean and tidy space is simply incredible value. The host keeps everything meticulously organized, and all toiletries are provided. Experience: I originally came for the National Day holiday, not wanting to spend too much on accommodation, but I ended up booking this golden-value guesthouse. The owner is very nice, humorous, and interesting. I met people from all walks of life, and we chatted and shared our stories in the evenings. It had a very lively atmosphere, completely different from staying in a hotel. It felt like my university days were back again. P.S.: The host is quite attractive and has a good figure ദ്ദി(• ˕ •マ.ᐟ Single friends might want to strike up a conversation. Meeting more roommates could also be a great experience. In short, just go for it, you won't regret it!"

"Although the hotel is small, it has everything you need. The only thing missing is a washer-dryer. There's a 24-hour laundromat up the street. Everyone who comes here absolutely *must* try the beef offal at the nearby corner shop – it's genuinely delicious, only 40 HKD for a small bowl. The owner is also very nice. The lady at the front desk on the 1st floor speaks Mandarin. She can switch seamlessly between Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, which is really impressive. I didn't use the hotel's bedding; I'm not particularly fussy about comfort or quality, as long as I can sleep, I'm good. If you're taking the elevator, 'G' doesn't stand for the basement, it stands for the ground floor lobby. Every time I went downstairs, I kept pressing 1, but it wouldn't budge. Also, what Xiaohongshu says about walking on the right isn't entirely accurate; there are many rules that depend on the situation. When getting on any bus, big or small, you tap your card *first*, not when you get off. However, pressing the bell to get off is indeed correct. Xiaohongshu really misled me; it's a rip-off. My main mode of transportation these past few days has been the bus. I had plenty of time, so I chose this option, but it still ended up costing a lot. At first, I was like, 'What's this 20 bucks? What's this 30 bucks? No way, I'm not buying it.' Now, it's '120 is fine, 130 is fine.' I just feel like I don't earn enough money. When bringing things back, always check in advance if they're allowed through customs. Hong Kong has everything, but prices are double those on the mainland. It's not just for us; it's the same for ordinary residents too. If you find dining out expensive, you can follow local Hong Kong residents and buy two or three takeaway meals – meaning two or three dishes. The packed meals are quite good. When I returned, I had successfully brought back the habit of walking on the left side of the road from over there. I feel like I'm becoming more polite. 😂"

"The hostel is conveniently located and easy to find, close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. There are many shops and products nearby with a wide selection, and late-night snacks are also very convenient. The hostel has a spacious common area and a balcony where you can dine. The rooms are very clean, and the facilities are decent, with air conditioning and a table and chairs. The bathroom has ample hot water, and shower gel and shampoo are provided. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"Considering Hong Kong's prime real estate, getting this kind of accommodation at this price is really great! The triple room was spacious, the bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and it was quiet and clean. There is also an on-site restaurant, and we were given complimentary breakfast at check-in. Overall, a very satisfying stay! Cons: The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold at night."

"The beds were super comfortable and the environment was really clean. I was pleasantly surprised and really liked that you had to take off your shoes outside the room and everyone changed into slippers before entering! For this price in Hong Kong, to have such a great environment was a wonderful surprise. I had a very enjoyable stay, and the owner was incredibly nice. If I had any questions or concerns during my trip, I could always ask them. All in all, it was excellent. I love Hong Kong and will definitely be back, and when I do, I'll certainly book this place again! (Oh, and it's not far from West Kowloon, very convenient. Also, on check-out day, I was asking my roommate if there was luggage storage at Victoria Peak, and the owner overheard and proactively offered to let us leave our luggage there and pick it up when we were ready to go to the train station. "The location is super easy to find, right above Chow Tai Fook, and the owner is so nice! I'm so sorry I accidentally left an ice pack on the bed and it wet the quilt and sheets! The owner helped me change everything! Plus, there's a fridge and a living room! The girls' dorm has a password lock at the entrance! Very convenient! Thanks so much to the owner! "We were very happy with our stay at Atlas Hostel. The room was very clean and they were responsive on WeChat/ WhatsApp if you had any questions. We stayed 3 nights and they replaced our towels on request on the 2nd night. The room was fairly small, like most in Hong Kong, but there was under bed storage and a table which was a big help! The location was excellent; the A21 airport bus goes right outside the front of the hotel which is an affordable way of getting from the airport and very convenient. We were walking distance from Victoria Harbour, and there’s a tube station a few minutes walk away too. The only negative was that the curtains do not block out the light at night so it’s quite bright to sleep, and free water wasn’t provided (I think you could buy 3 bottles for 10 HKD, but we never did this as we were out in the daytime)."

"Rooms and facilities are in good condition, tidy and mostly clean. Located in a lush green area, staff have done everything they can to keep out mosquitoes and other insects throughout their premises. This hostel is located at the end of the dam of the Plover Cove Reservoir where it meets the foothills of Pat Sin Leng at the Village of Tai Mei Tuk, making it the most convenient place to stay for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. Barbeque sites right next to the hostel and numerous food options available in the area. There are frequent minibus service and bus service (20C, 75K) connecting the hostel to Tai Po downtown in 30-40 minutes."

"The host was incredibly nice. I was a bit nervous and scared when I first checked in... No Hong Kong SIM card? No problem! Ctrip offers free calls. The host will give you two passcodes – one for the main entrance and one for your room. Make sure to jot them down or save them on your phone. It was a bit noisy at first, so I didn't catch everything clearly, but the host was very patient and had an excellent attitude. I was so glad my room was facing the street. Even though it was a bit noisy, it had a window! Natural light! And I could see the Mong Kok streetscape! The mattress was much thicker than any hostel mattress I've slept on in mainland China, and the pillow was silicone. While the sheets looked a bit dated, it was still very comfortable to sleep on. Outside the room, there were plenty of amenities provided: disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, and tissues. If the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I could use the one in the hallway. There were also carpets in the hallway available for use. Both the room and the hallway had plenty of hangers. No need for an adapter; the room's outlets worked perfectly. The floor wasn't particularly dirty either. The bathroom was a bit small, but you get used to it after one night. I was lucky enough to meet really friendly, like-minded friends both nights I stayed. We went to many places together. I was initially worried about traveling alone and being bored, but I took so many photos and visited so many spots with the friends I met at the hostel – truly wonderful memories. Leaving my belongings in the hallway for storage was also very convenient. There was free Wi-Fi and charging spots, and it felt secure with the surveillance cameras. As the saying goes, 'Though a humble dwelling, it's my virtuous abode.'"
