The room was just about average. One of the beds was broken and had been erected with an iron bar. Most of the linen was torn and one of the blankets was even in a burnt condition. There are wires jutting out in the washroom and some day there might be a hideous accident. Pretty ill-maintained hotel. There was only one attending staff. No mineral water was offered. The reception staff were courteous though.

Stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. Located at a convenient location near cm c vellore. Room was good and clean hygienic. Housekeeping arrangement was proper. Reception staff very cooperative. Overall good place to stay. Wish food arrangement could also be there. Eating places are available nearby.

Good stay at this price. Breakfast and room service was good. Food at non veg restaurant is excellent. Limited parking space. Toilet commode can be kept better clean. It had stains at the bottom

Stayed for one night on 8th September. Hotel is closely located near the Golden Temple. Check in was too slow as the staff seem to be very confused about handling the check in of guests. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. House Keeping is also very Slow. Breakfast is a huge disappointment as the guests have to go outside the hotel to a restaurant for Breakfast and the Breakfast is served on a Plate with most of the items being cold. The service is also very slow with almost all the guests were waiting and were almost getting restless waiting for the Breakfast to be served . Overall it is a 2 Star Hotel Property with comfortable rooms but with untrained and shortage of staff.
