It's just the complaint we felt, when we first used the bathroom, the water came out black due to cleaning out, and it lasted all night, a little less comfortable there. The receptionist's telephone number is answered quickly, there is a spa, free swimming pool, free gym, free sauna , and the most awaited food in the restaurant is a lot of choice, it's delicious, like a 4 star hotel. If you're in Solo, I think you'll still choose Sunan as a place to rest. Thank you Sunan for accompanying me on my holiday, I hope the service will be maintained and improved again. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious & there are lots of choices, but the smoking room doesn't have a view out so it feels like you're trapped, the room is spacious, the balcony is beautiful, the shower is really great to make you sad hahaha The only thing that makes it a bit unfortunate is that most of the interior plant decorations still use artificial (fake) plants, even the pools also use synthetic grass. Even though the concept of the hotel is good, classy, ​​luxurious, it's a bit eye-popping if it has that. Maybe the maintenance would be easy & cheap, but yes, in 4* hotels there is no budget for caring for native plants. Hopefully it can be corrected. Next time I go to Solo again, I will definitely stay there again. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
