The hardware facilities are consistent with the graphic description, but the reservation information clearly states that there is an indoor swimming pool. When we arrived, they said that the swimming pool was closed. The disposable slippers were wet and could not be used, so they asked for two more pairs of slippers. The first time I called the customer service, they replied that there were no slippers in the room? They still needed to be delivered. I waited for an hour but no one delivered them. I called again and asked again. After a long time, someone finally came to deliver them, and they only delivered one pair. It was normal for many people to come during the Chinese New Year, so it would be unreasonable if the food was not increased.
