A very beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff here have been very accommodating and booked all our trips for us in advance. Very responsive on WhatsApp. The hotel arranged transfers to and from the airport. Breakfast was amazing, blown away with the variety. The staff at breakfast are so lovely. Room - we stayed in the deluxe stone room. Wow, absolutely beautiful! The hotel has a terrace, perfect to relax and perfect views of the hot air balloons early mornings. Only down fall, I found the reception wasn’t open 24 hours. Morning of our hot air balloon ride I couldn’t find staff to enquire where our transfers were. Though transportation eventually arrived, it would have been nice if I could ask staff to enquire regarding the delay or whether we missed our pick up. Secondly, I had to ask for a receipt as proof of payment for all my excursions, which one staff seemed hesitant in issuing or wasn’t sure how to, after a bit of pressure I was provided with a receipt. Otherwise, staff have been superb and the hotel experience has been fabulous. We were provided with information regarding local ATM, recommended places to eat, how to navigate to certain places and provided tea when we asked, did wake up calls when requested. Thank you for accommodating me and my son, you made our stay very enjoyable. We wish all the staff the very best.

Hotel nice and clean, free parking outside. Location was very good as we near Uchisar castle. Wi-Fi connection from the room could have been better. Service by Tofiq was awesome he looked after us well and helped us get a great deal with the hot air balloon!

We had a wonderful stay at Azalea terrace hotel in Goreme. It very near to shops and restaurants. Staff are very assistive to any of your needs. They have a rooftop as well where you can watch hot air balloons and take picture too. You will feel like you are at home on their buffet breakfast. I dont like cave type of hotel but this one has a touch of modern style cave. Price is so affordable and is really recommendable.

Harman cave hotel was best for its location, cleanliness and perfect cave hotel look. Breakfast had a good spread. Amazing view and perfect for early morning balloon beauty. Staff was really great and helpful especially Hussain who was ready good at his work, very polite and courteous. Customer friendly and helped us in every possible way to make our stay and trip memorable . I highly recommend this hotel and staff.

Stayed for 3 nights this week for less than £30 per night, which seems like a steal! Staff were all nice and friendly, location is excellent- walking distance to everywhere in Goreme and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Room was on the small side and a bit dated. The bed had certainly seen better days and the TV didn't work, but it was kept clean and the ensuite had a good shower. Breakfast is free and has a fairly limited and random selection but it's better than nothing. Overall, an average property but at an excellent price which to my mind is better than paying a ridiculous price for a better hotel when the reason everyone visits Cappadocia is to see the beautiful sights!

The views you get tat this hotel are unparalleled. The hotels ambiance is to die for as it feels as if you are staying in a cave with all the amenities you could want. Besides the hotels amenities it is important to note the hotels staff. The hotels staff is one of the most professional and helpful people I have interacted with. Specially SERHAT, words cannot describe how helpful this man was. We arrived at the hotel with 0 plans. This man acted like our travel agent booked our whole trip for us. He was constantly in contact with us when things got canceled due to bad weather and would make adjustments for us to have something else to do that day. Just interacting with and getting the services from Serhat was worth the hotels rates, the rooms were just a plus. I cannot vouch more for this hotel, highly recommend to anyone considering visiting Capaddocia!

I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! Super nice hotel with extremely friendly, courteous staff. The rooms are very nice, equipped with wooden furniture. Beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower, various seating areas outside. I could see the hot air balloons, which are typical of Cappadocia, from my bed and can be clearly seen from the terrace. The hotel is located on the main road, perfect for trips with a rental car, although you can hear some traffic, which didn't bother us. We were glad that we didn't have to run the gauntlet past the bars and souvenir shops to get home every evening. We will definitely come back as there is still so much to discover in this magical landscape.

We got a huge room with 4 beds for 2 people! the room was in a cave shape with a very big bathroom which was well equipped with the toiletries. We only used 1 of the beds but since there was only 1 chair, the extra beds were pretty useful. The Since our room was massive, it was located on the ground floor so we did not get a balcony but we did get a huge porch kind of thing with a motor bike parked in it which was pretty cool. For those living on upper floors, there is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. That's the case for most hotels in Cappadocia since they are built in caves and inside mountains. Toiletries included soap, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, towels, slippers, mat, toilet paper and warm water. There were about 3-4 different small terraces with different types of seating areas which were pretty cool for taking pictures. All the balloons are very well visible from the hotel terrace so you don't have to go anywhere else to see them. You can get a good view of the entire city since the hotel is on top of a mountain. There are only 10 rooms in the hotel so it's not very busy and you can get your own space pretty much anywhere in the property. It was like staying at your grandma's heritage property and made us feel very homely. The road outside the hotel is partially paved with a maximum of 2 car parking spaces and couple of scooters since the street is pretty narrow. Breakfast was Turkish platter with fruits, cheese, dips, cereals, breads, olives, French toast, tea, coffee, juice and water. We did not have dinner at the hotel so cant say anything about that. Overall the stay was pleasant because of the authentic cave room that we got as per our expectation. Disliked: The room had everything except for the tea, coffee, water and water kettle. These were only available on the roof top restaurant for free all day but not in the room so we had to climb 2 stories every time to get a cup of coffee or water. The first water bottle provided in the room is free after that you can have from the restaurant or buy your own. There was 1 tiny window in the very big room so most of the time it was pretty dark, even in the day. We had to switch on each and every lamp in the room. Although that's expected in a cave hotel but then there was no view as from the room. In general our stay was pleasant but we felt that we overpaid for what we got. We would be much happier with the same stay if it was a little cheaper. We are making this comparison with other hotels in Turkey with similar facilities.

Overall, this is great value for money. The family room was spacious and the shared bathrooms were always clean. The rooftop had beautiful views. A large delicious breakfast was included. We booked two tours with them and were pleased with the service. It is a short (5-8 minute walk) to the main area with the restaurants. I would recommend not getting wash done here, it was way too expensive.

The most unforgettable experience in Cappadocia, the rooms are really primitive cave hotels, very distinctive, with heating and air conditioning. The owner Önder is very kind. He recommends different activities for us and makes reservations for us, from ATV to The hot air balloon and the red and green lines all sincerely provided his own opinions. Finally, we listened to his suggestions and it was true. The other line was boring. The hot air balloon needs to get up at 3 in the morning, and the boss thoughtfully prepared a blanket for us to fear that we would get up early the next morning. We need to go to Kayseri Airport at 4 in the morning on the third day. The boss also booked the express bus for us. I showed up at the door on time at 5:58. It was only 100 lire in a three-hour drive. We brought 4 large boxes, which were also transported free of charge. Every night we went back to prepare Turkish black tea for us to chat with us. The breakfast was also very rich. Patiently introduced each ingredient, and also raised a Shar Pei named Potick, friendly and docile, in short, it is a worthwhile experience.

I call his home a gallery. The hotel owner is tall and handsome. I feel like the service staff are his wives. He wants to marry four of them. The room is nice. You can see the view of Baolei from the back window. The room is large and has heating. It was too hot at night, so I turned off the heating. The breakfast is great and rich. There are delicious small fried dough sticks and hot sauce... But you have to go early, otherwise the delicious food will be eaten up by others.  The hotels here are like futures. The daily prices can differ several times! His is the most conscientious hotel I have booked in the past few days. The daily price is basically constant!

Fantastic location in Ushigar opposite the castle. Very peaceful considering we were so close to the busy tourist area. I struggled to find the hotel accurately on google maps beforehand as the road to the hotel is closed to normal traffic. We were allowed through but still had problems getting into the hotel.. all the doors were closed, but there was a bell! I think that is partly to keep the hotel quiet. A boutique cave hotel - wow - our room, a superior, was huge and very comfortable but no natural light apart from the 'chimney'. No AC but a large fan and the room temperature was fine. Lots of local soft furnishings and plenty of water. We explored the underground stairs and corridors in the hotel and ended up coming up on the other side of a road. A bizarre experience but good. The public areas were as good as they could be, very quiet and fairly basic, but in character. The small garden had an amazing view over a plain to the mountains beyond. The hotel doesn't do dinner, but we found 2 great restaurants (using TA). Breakfast was traditional turkish but with individual hot extras which varied every day and probably the best we had in our 6 hotel holiday. The home made lemonade was amazing as well. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The hotel is new, clean and run by family who were very nice. However, I did not know that this hotel has no air conditioning which is a must in August! I learned that some hotels in this area do not have air conditioning so we were hot until night time when it got cooler. The reception gave us a portable air conditioning unit but it was not enough. Another situation was with the WiFi was most of the time not available. Our room was nice and clean but it does not look like those very fancy rooms in the advertisement. I usually give good reviews, but the truth is that, based on the review comments I read, I thought this hotel to be something different. The hotel is pretty, new and clean, and the personnel is very attentive. it just does not have air conditioning or reliable WiFi. There is no safe to put away your valuables. In addition, they provide only breakfast, there is no dinner offered at night even to buy it.
