"An excellent spot for a peaceful seaside getaway in Pržno. The building is new, the apartments are modern and perfectly clean, with a full kitchen, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a comfortable bed. The location is superb: a two-minute walk to the beach, with a bakery and two small shops nearby. Pržno itself is quiet, without noisy places, yet Budva and Sveti Stefan are very close. Special thanks to the hostess, Marijana – warm, responsive, and ready to help with everything: from arranging an apartment with a terrace and sea view for part of our trip to connecting us with a reliable local driver. Such attentiveness truly makes a difference. We spent eleven nights here and would gladly return."

Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. "The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was amazingly comfortable, clean, and well-thought-out. Everything felt fresh with new renovations, beautiful furniture, high ceilings, and a well-designed lighting system. The shower was clean, spacious, and convenient. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a super comfy bed that ensured we got a great night's sleep. There's a beautiful mountain view, plenty of shops nearby, and both the sea and Old Town are just a 5-minute walk away. Check-in was smooth, and they were always in touch with us. If we ever return to Budva, we'll definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is really good! The Wi-Fi in the room works EXCELLENTLY 👍 There's a hairdryer and a kettle. They provide any kind of crockery you need, even salad bowls 👍👍👍👍👍 They clean every day 👌 and change towels daily too 👌 They're also super helpful with any questions, like where to go or how to get around 😊😊😊😊 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The restaurant food is delicious 😋 I tried the beef 👌 pork 👌 fish 👌 and chicken 👌 I ordered various dishes and they were ALL tasty, plus the prices are lower than in other restaurants 👌"

"Excellent apartment, clean and beautiful. It has everything you need: a bathroom, wardrobes, a mirror, and a small balcony with a nice view. The room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. There's a fridge on the balcony. The closest beach is a 20-minute walk away, and there are shops and bakeries nearby. The host arranged transfers to and from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here!"

"Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız."

"Everything was great – the renovation is fresh, the room isn't huge but it was enough space for us, and there's a big balcony where you can relax, and it's not on the sunny side so it's not too hot 👍. We arrived very early and were allowed to check in ahead of time without any extra charge, which was a nice touch 😊. The location is excellent; the apartments are on a cozy street. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the sea and roughly 20-25 minutes to the Old Town. There's a delicious fish bar right opposite – everything there is tasty, I highly recommend visiting!"
